SIDNEY — The city of Sidney is accepting nominations for the 2015 Neighborhood Beautification Award. The award recognizes residents for improvements to the exterior of their residence. Improvements can include renovation and rehabilitation, general clean up, landscaping, or any other activity that improves the property and neighborhood.

Nominations for the Memorial Day Award can be submitted through July 31 at City Hall to the Community Services Department. Two winners will be selected. The winners will receive a certificate of award signed by the Mayor; a medallion to place in their yard; an 8×10 framed photograph of the residence.
