SIDNEY — Shelby County commissioners toured the new addition under construction at the Fair Haven Shelby County Home, recently, and received a first-hand look at the progress.

When completed there will be 69 additional rooms and updated technology.

Commissioner Tony Bornhorst said, “The progress made is tremendous, and when looking over the construction progress, I can’t wait for the project to be completed and occupied. It will be an asset to the Shelby County community for many years to come.”

Construction on the new addition is set to be completed in the spring of 2019.
