CELINA — The Business Enterprise Center at Wright State University-Lake Campus in Celina has announced a series of noncredit classes to be offered to area business people.

“Preparing Department Budgets” will meet from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Feb. 20, in Room 196 Dwyer Hall. The cost of each is $45 per person. Participants will learn how to generate a budget using income, expenses, how to estimate project costs, and how to modify a budget to fit needs.

“Starting Right,” a seminar for people planning to start a small business, will meet Jan. 24 or Feb. 28, from 6 to 8 p.m., in Room 120 Trenary Hall. The cost is $35 per person.

“Social Media Workshop,” a four-session class introducing social media marketing, will meet from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Session No. 1, “Utilizing Social Media for Business,” will be Feb. 26; session No. 2, “Utilizing Facebook and Instagram,” will be March 26; session No. 3, “Utilizing Twitter and LinkedIn,” will be April 23; and session No. 4, “Utilizing Google and SEO Elements,” will be May 28. The cost is $140 per person.
