SIDNEY — Sandi Shipman reports 2018 was an amazing year for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Professional Realty.

“Our Sidney office moved to our permanent location situated right in the Gateway To the City of Sidney 247 W. Court St.,” said Shipman.

Our brokerage had a milestone year reaching $1 billion in sales Nov. 30, 2018. Business countiues to grow year over year with a 14 percent increase of our current agents business. This increase was achieved in a slowing market, which is testament to the expertise of our professionals conducting business for the brokerage.

We have so much to be proud of in 2018. We received many brokerage awards: Harris Poll 2018 Real Estate Agency Brand Of The Year Most Trusted Real Estate; J.D Power 2018 Highest Satisfaction for Repeat Home sellers; Top 500 REALTRENS #126 Real Estate Firm; RIS Media Top 500 Power Brokers #119 Power Broker.

BHHS Professional Realty is home to 600 agents across 30 offices In Ohio and Kentucky We have offices In Columbus, Troy, Dayton Cleveland and Cincinnati. We opened a new office in Roaming Shores and the finishing touches are being put on A Office Space In Gordon Square.

2018 was another year technology and partnerships. All of our offices use Dotloop. Our brokerage continues to remain ahead of the conversation when it comes to “The Next Big Thing”in technology. This year it was all about Alexa. We rolled out six new Alexa skills for homebuyers seeking local and statewide expertise.
