We had a great year in 2018 and were the top producing real estate agency in Shelby County again. We can contribute that to Emerson Wagner Realty Agents being the best trained in the industry and uniquely positioned to help our clients. We truly are the experts when it comes to “knowing what is going on” within the communities we serve. The housing market in 2018 was very strong. It appears 2019 will be just as strong, but you can expect to have a slight interest rate increase as the economy begins to get better.
The Ohio Association of Realtors honored myself, Susan Shaffer, Tammy Barhorst and Amy Rhoades with the President’s Sales Club Award. I was recognized for Sales in Excess of $2.5 Million, and Shaffer, Barhorst and Rhoades were recognized for Sales in Excess of $1 Million. These realtors performed at the highest level when compared to others in the industry — in this industry this award from the Ohio Association of Realtors is proof.
In addition, the following agents received special recognition from our Wagner Awards. These awards track all real estate sales the entire year from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. The agents with high production in sales for 2018, reaching Platinum Club is Logan Billing, Carol Friesthler and Missy Brunswick. Reaching Gold Club include Barry Davis, Chris North, Jami Mumford and Christy Nicolas. Hitting the Diamond Club are Peggy Baird, Amy Rhoades, Susan Shaffer, Tammy Barhorst, Tom Middleton and Tom Middleton III.
