NEW BREMEN — The Ohio Department of Aging recently released its 2018 Residential Care Facility Family Satisfaction Survey results in which Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen ranked in the top 18 percent. Of the 470 participating facilities surveyed in Ohio, Elmwood’s overall score was 88.8 percent. The overall state average score was 82.6 percent.

The Department of Aging’s goal is to have the ‘most involved person’ in the care of a resident, complete the survey. This person will be most knowledgeable regarding the resident’s experiences in the facility and will be able to evaluate the care and services most effectively.
