Detailed Machining sees steady growth in 2019

SIDNEY — Detailed Machining had steady growth in the 2019 year with the expansion of three new pc of equipment and its continued success of its business model.

“As we still look for opportunities to partner with local business and utilize more than 40 CNC machines,” said John Bertsch, president /CEO. “We have added a new Trump 4000-watt 2 axis Fiber laser with automation for lights out operations and a Kitamura 500 MM duel pallet Horizontal machining center with 15K rpm spindle and 100 tool changer.”

We also purchased a new Robotic weld cell to produce product faster and more consistent. We continue to be the area’s leading waterjet Source and our assembly department continues to add more value to our customers products. Were also part of the Work-force development program and spend time with the Carrier center to expand our future employees. Our success would not be possible without our 42 hardworking employees and the talent’s and skillset that helps us stand apart from competition.
