PIQUA — Porta Kleen, a recognized portable sanitation industry leader based in Lancaster, completed the acquisition of Mobile Sanitation Solutions, a Piqua-based sanitation company that primarily serves Miami County by offering portable restrooms, restroom trailers, hand washing stations and hand sanitizer stands.

This operations merger will result in a single Porta Kleen facility, located at 353 Fox Drive in Piqua, that will facilitate Porta Kleen to expand throughout Southwest Ohio.

“Porta Kleen plans to immediately integrate Mobile Sanitation Solutions into our existing portable sanitation division and current routes. This will allow us to offer restroom service to the surrounding counties of Auglaize and Logan. For larger events and projects, the Piqua branch will offer the complete line of PK sanitation solutions and extend service to Mercer, Van Wert, Allen and Hardin Counties,” said Adam Black, president of Porta Kleen.

Individuals migrating from Mobile Sanitation Solutions into positions at Porta Kleen include founder and owner Mike Jacomet, who will transition into a manager position, Jacomet’s wife and co-owner, Katy, and two full-time route drivers.
