Ross Aluminum sold to P&THE

SIDNEY — New owners for USAC Ross, LLC, has been announced.

According to Ross Aluminum’s website, the company’s assests have been purchased by P&THE Manufacturing, LLC, a MBE holding company that provides high performing manufacturing solutions through business acquisitions and joint ventures. The assets include property, equipment and real estate of USAC, which is an aluminum foundry where aluminum castings in the aerospace, performance racing, diesel engine, and power generation industry have been manufactured for over 90 years.

“We are happy to keep Ross Aluminum operational in Sidney under new ownership and management and excited to launch plans to grow the employee count over 300% with support from the state, county, and city,” said Pancho Hall, CEO and chairman of P&THE, in a press release on the webite.

The release continues that the acquisition fits into P&THE’s strategy to acquire a collection of world class enterprises that serve global communities by providing customers with the highest quality manufacturing parts and services as their Global Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) of choice.

Since 1931, Ross has been supplying quality aluminum castings to a wide range of industries through a series of different owners.
