WAPAKONETA — Karen and Lawrence Dietz, owners of Settlement Restoration here, have retired and sold the business to Unique Woodmasters in Montezuma.

The Dietzes had operated the furniture and architectural restoration business at 301 W. Vine St. for more than 50 years.
