SIDNEY —Sandi Shipman, with Berkshire Hathaway Home Service Professional Realty, has achieved the 2015 President’s Club award.

Shipman has achieved an accomplishment that only 5 percent of Ohio’s real estate professionals have attained.

Shipman, a graduate of Sidney High School and Hondros College of Business, earning her state of Ohio real estate license in 1996 and also holds an active state of Ohio insurance license in accident, health and life. She previously served on the Shelby County MRDD Board, Shelby County American Cancer Society Board, Alpha Community Center Board, team recruitment for Shelby County Relay for Life, Moms on a Mission to Save Sidney City Schools, coordinator for SFUMC Legacy Campaign, and is the current cochairwoman of the service division of the Shelby County United Way.

Shipman also is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Mid-West Ohio Association of Realtors, Western Regional Information Technologies, Sidney First United Methodist Church and Greater Sidney Area Emmaus Community.
