Range of capabilities plus flexibility gets job done

SIDNEY — Serving a wide range of clients and their needs in Shelby County and beyond keeps the staff at Creative Marketing Strategies on their game and builds capabilities through experience and success.

“In 2016, we stretched ourselves and that added new tools in our toolbox,” said President Mary Beth Monnier. “For instance, we were asked to create an animated info graphic with graphics, transitions and music. It was new territory for CMS, but we completed it on time and the client was very happy.”

Other new capabilities developed successfully in the past year include website design and build as well as social media fund raising.

“We are never ones to say ‘we can’t do that’,” continues Monnier. “We just figure out a way to make it happen; our team is smart, creative and experienced and that makes all the difference.”

Herreport continues:

CMS also reports adding new clients in the past year including Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley, City of Sidney, Shelby County Historical Society, Daybreak of Shelby County, Right to Life of Shelby County, Sidney Hometown Pharmacy and Sidney-Shelby Economic Partnership.

Our experience with Sidney Hometown Pharmacy is indicative of the type of turn-key marketing that clients have come to expect from CMS. Formerly The Medicine Shoppe in Sidney, the client came to us for a new corporate identity, signage, website, business cards and collateral material – all within 90 days, and we delivered. And the client was happy.

CMS again completed the largest project of the year, the Chamber’s Discover Shelby County magazine. Spanning 10 years of annual publications, Discover is nearly a year-long endeavor which includes developing a theme, securing interviewees for the copy writer, managing and directing the photography, as well as design and print of the 100 page magazine. CMS also remains busy with direct mail for a number of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses.

Direct mail is always in our wheelhouse. CMS can buy a strategic list, design, print and mail the piece. We produce pieces that are interruptive and engage the recipient to make that call to action.

CMS was happy to donate work to local not-for-profit groups, including Sidney Civic Band, Shelby County Historical Society, Gateway Arts Council, POWER and Sidney Alive.

Rounding out the company’s capabilities are print and digital design, newsletters, annual reports, internal communication, advertising, point of purchase advertising, packaging design, trade show displays and materials, books; both digital and print, video, info graphics, programs, catalogs, social media, signage, marketing plans and banners.

We are flexible, nimble and affordable. We want everyone to benefit from good, consistent design and messaging for their company, their brand and their products.
