MONDAY
-7:34 p.m.: warrant. Matthew Overbey, 43, 318 Wilkinson Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
-2:28 p.m.: warrant. Daniel Fitzpatrick, 21, of Conover, was arrested on a warrant.
-11:29 a.m.: criminal damaging. It was reported that the front driver’s side tire on a 1994 Ford was damaged; loss amount is set at $175.
-9:45 a.m.: theft. A past theft was reported of a 14-karat gold engagement ring with diamond cluster, valued at $700, sterling silver with blue stones, valued at $100, and a watch valued at $25.
-9:18 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A juvenile was arrested for being unruly and resisting arrest.
-8:51 a.m.: warrant. Tara A. Waggoner, 31, 523 1/2 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on two contempt warrants.
-8:48 a.m.: criminal damaging. Three front door windows and a glass window on the side of the building of a local business on Brooklyn Avenue were reported damaged. The total cost of damage is set at $1,300.
SUNDAY
-7:51 p.m.: theft. Stacy E. LeMaster, 60, 311 ½ S. Miami Ave., was arrested for theft after merchandise in the amount of $97.86 was reported stolen from a local business on Michigan Street. All of the merchandise was recovered.
-6:39 p.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating a criminal damaging report of scratches on a 2011 Honda Civic. Damage is set at $500.
-3:57 p.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Matthew J. Cotterman, 34, 1842 Robert Place, was served a summons for failing to file city taxes.
-3:51 p.m.: theft. A 15-year-old male was charged with theft after a Fifth Third Bank card was reported stolen and $62.50 was charged to the account. The bank card was later recovered.
-1:28 p.m.: domestic violence. Thomas S. Doak, 40, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., Apt. 45, was arrested for domestic violence.
-1:55 p.m.: theft. It was reported that four lunch buffets, in the amount of $25.26, were not paid for at a local restaurant on Michigan Street.
-9:16 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of the theft of a money case containing $760 that occurred at a local business on Michigan Street.
SATURDAY
-8:41 p.m.: warrant. Bradley C. Fair, 39, 10987 Commanche Drive, was arrested on a warrant.
-3:29 p.m.: theft. It was reported that someone known forged a signature to obtain five prescriptions of drugs without permission.
-12:45 to 1:06 p.m.: warrant. Kayla Michelle Hammons, 26, 516 Oak St., was arrested on three warrants.
FRIDAY
-2 p.m.: warrant. Matthew E. Brown, 28, 742 Broadway Ave., was served a summons.
-4:35 p.m.: theft. An iPhone 5, valued at $500, was reported stolen or missing.
-2:56 p.m.: theft. The theft of a Social Security card, Walmart credit card and an ID were reported stolen.
Crashes
Megan Heckler, 16, of Sidney, was cited with improper turn after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 8:10 p.m.
Heckler was turning westbound onto Michigan Street from the red light on Vandemark Road when she turned into the incorrect lane and struck the passenger’s side of a vehicle that had just turned west onto Michigan Street.
The other vehicle was driven by Timothy Walters, 46, of Minster.

TUESDAY
-9:38 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.
-3:32 a.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to 2615 Campbell Road to confirm a false fire alarm.
MONDAY
-8:30 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to 313 E. Court St., Apt. B, on the report of a possible structure fire. The fire was contained to an outlet.
-7:36 p.m.: assist. Medics responded to assist the police department.
-5:56 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to the report or an automobile crash.
-12:14 a.m. to 11:44 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

-6:18 to 8:23 p.m.: gas leak. Crews responded to the report of two gas leaks.
-1:13 a.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.
-12:38 a.m. to 1:28 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

-3:27 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a smoke detector alarm.
-1:14 a.m.: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation at 107 Wilkinson Ave. The fire was not permitted according to a city ordinance.
