In Sidney Municipal Court Wednesday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Karen R. Stockstill, 67, 715 Mojave Court, $500 and $138 costs and sentenced her to 25 days in jail for furnishing/selling liquor to a minor.

• Dwight McNeal, 40, 554 Campbell Road, attempted assault (amended from domestic violence), $150 fine and $161 costs.

• Cody A. Plaisted, 24, 207 N. Main St., Port Jefferson, driving under the influence, $500 fine and $138 costs; driving under suspension, dismissed; reasonable control, $100 fine.

• Travis R. Denise, 26, 1064 Hazelnut Lane, driving under the influence, $375 fine and $138 costs, six-month license suspension; driving under the influence (blood), dismissed; stopping after accident, dismissed; reasonable control, dismissed.
