FRIDAY

-12:04 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Jordan Cunningham, 24, of Bremen, Indiana, in the area of 2009 Michigan St., for OVI.

THURSDAY

4:30 p.m.: breaking and entering. Mark Perrin reported the theft of a paint sprayer from Shreves Construction, 110 E. Poplar St. A separate report was filed for the theft of tools.

-4:27 p.m.: theft. Mark Carlson, 40, 560 Spyglass Court, reported the theft of a military backpack with textbooks and a black and yellow North Face jacket out of his unlocked vehicle. The nearby wood line was checked for the items, but they were not located. There were no suspects at the time of the report.

-2:21 p.m.: theft. Michael Dilbone, 315 Thompson St., reported a stolen credit card number.

-1:37 p.m.: theft. Allison Woodard, 300 E. Robinwood St., reported a stolen credit card number.

-12:05 p.m.: found property. A Cricket cell phone was found in the area of 2220 W. Michigan St.

-11:14 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Houston Owens, 808 Sixth Ave., reported someone used his credit card number without his permission.

-9:16 a.m.: theft. Bryce Cotterman, 234 Belmont St., reported the theft of items out of a vehicle in the 300 block of West Parkwood Street. The items were listed as a black American Eagle wallet, $100 in cash, a debit card, an Ohio driver’s license, and keys.
