In Sidney Municipal Court Friday, assigned Judge Donald Luce fined Cody A. Hecht, 18, 6575 Dawson Road, $150 and $103 costs and sentenced him to 10 days in jail for failure to comply with an officer. A charge of prohibitions (underage possession of alcohol) was dismissed, with $10 costs imposed. Hecht also was fined $375 and $103 costs for driving under the influence. Dismissed were charges of driving under the influence (breath), all-purpose vehicles prohibited, and right of way.

• Tiffany R. Hittepole, 29, 318 Lane St., driving under the influence (breath), $600 fine and $135 costs, one-year license suspension, 180 days jail (one day credit), mental health program; driving under the influence (with prior DUI), dismissed; driving under suspension, dismissed; reasonable control, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Lonnie L. Sowders, 29, 619 S. Highland Ave., driving under the suspension, dismissed, License Intervention Program successful; display of license, License Intervention Program successful, 80 hours community service.

• Luis A. Callejas-Rosas, 44, 231 W. Poplar St., no operator’s license, $250 fine and $103 costs, 20 days jail, 40 hours community service; speeding, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Dale E. Aselage, 51, 178 S. Frankfort St., Minster, littering, $100 fine and $105 costs.

• Homer H. Jones Jr., 40, 829 N. Miami Ave., failure to reinstate license, $150 fine and $105 costs, community service.

• Robin N. Goings, 34, 10970 Comanche Drive, speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Travis J. Monnin, 31, 5640 Houston Road, Houston, speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Darren Myers, 47, 316 West St., Jackson Center, expired license plates, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Daniel T. Sprague, 20, 419 Enterprise Ave., reasonable control, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Jordan A. Mabes, 26, 1437 Children’s Home Road, traffic control device, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Jeremy Shoe, 35, 1309 Riverbend Blvd., failure to reinstate license, dismissed, $105 costs.

In Municipal Court Wednesday, Luce fined James R. Darden, 51, 219 N. Highland Ave., $100 and $10 costs and sentenced him to 21 days in jail for criminal trespass. He was given one day credit and ordered to attend an anger/rage program. A menacing charge was dismissed, with $126 costs imposed.

• Casey Driskell, 24, 107 Bay St., resisting arrest, $150 fine and $108 costs, 35 days jail, counseling; criminal trespass, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Tyler Rhoads, 18, 627 E. Court St., criminal damaging, $50 fine and $128 costs, 90 days jail (52 days suspended/eight days credit); disorderly conduct, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Curtis A. Chrisman, 34, 302 S. Third St., Anna, failure to reinstate license, $150 fine and $105 costs, 20 hours community service, License Intervention Program unsuccessful.

• Travis Brown, 31, 307 N. Walnut Ave., driving under suspension (amended from failure to reinstate license), $250 fine and $138 costs, 10 days jail.

In Municipal Court Tuesday, Luce fined Robert R. Phelps, 48, 103 Birch St., Jackson Center, $150 and $107 costs and sentenced him to eight days in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from inducing panic. He was given three days credit.

• Carly A. Wagner, 39, 256 E. Fifth St., Minster, right of way, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Marjorie E. Whitt, 54, 13789 Harmon Road, assured clear distance, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Michael L. Reier, 38, 6000 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, speeding, $100 fine and $111 costs.

• Jon R. Dearbaugh, 60, 225 Doering St., speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Jacalyn R. Gaier, 32, 4631 Pampel Road, Houston, speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.
