TUESDAY

-10:26 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Jason Shelton, 32, 1001 Fourth Ave., Apt. 14, for domestic violence and Roger Rodriguez, 42, at large, for obstructing official business and an active felony warrant out of Kentucky.

-9:02 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Scott Hammell, 22, 807 Park Ave., on an active warrant out of Sidney Municipal Court.

-7 p.m.: burglary. Laura Denney, 49, 621 S. Miami Ave., reported burglaries of cash that happened in the previous week.

-4:54 p.m.: theft. Sandra Hall, 68, 301 E. Robinwood Drive., reported the theft of money from her bank account in the amount of $450.

-1:13 p.m.:criminal damaging. Louise Larry, 55, 309 S. Main Ave., reported two tires on her vehicle were damaged.

-9:57 a.m.: criminal trespass. Police arrested Debra Lopez, 34, 725 St. Marys Ave., for criminal trespass.

-9:57 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Michael Nigh, 38, of Spencerville, on a warrant.

-8:08 a.m.: theft. Menards reported subjects stole an airnailer.

Accidents

Samuel Fogt, 17, 829 S. Ohio Ave., was cited for starting and backing after an accident on Tuesday at 7:54 p.m.

A car belonging to Charmin Lewis, 21536 Tawawa St., was parked on South Ohio Avenue when Fogt attempted to back up, striking it.

• Daniel Branscum, 27, 3212 Red Feather Drive, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Tuesday at 5:50 p.m.

Branscum was stopped behind a vehicle at a red light westbound on Russell Road at North Main Avenue. He then struck the vehicle in front of him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Cody Joyce, 20, 2211 River Road.

• Conor O’Neil, 26, of Columbus, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Tuesday at 11:59 a.m.

O’Neil was stopped behind a vehicle at a red light northbound on Vandemark Road at state Route 47. When the light changed to green, the car in front of him did not move, but O’Neil moved forward and hit the vehicle in front of him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Brenda Jerrett, 67, 3974 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road.

• James Adkins Jr., 44, of Wapakoneta, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Tuesday at 7:14 a.m.

Adkins was traveling westbound on state Route 47 when he failed to stop in time at the light at Folkerth Avenue and struck the back of a car that was stopping in front of him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Pamela Shepard, 49, of Lakeview.

• Lance Knepper, 18, 856 Merri Lane, was cited for failure to control after a one-vehicle accident on Monday at 10:11 p.m.

Knepper was traveling eastbound on state Route 47. After negotiating a curve, he lost control and went off the right side of the roadway, then came to rest on the curb of the right-most lane. The car sustained disabling damaging.

• Michelle Parsons, 39, 134 Mound St., was cited for marked lanes and leaving the scene after an accident on Monday at 1:57 p.m.

Parsons was traveling westbound on state Route 47 in the left lane when she went into the the right lane, sideswiping a car that was traveling parallel to her in the right lane. Parsons continued on and the driver of the other vehicle, Lori Blackford, 53, 5941 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, called police and followed her until she stopped a mile or two away on Campbell Road.

• Cameron Echols, 23, 117 Stewart St., was cited for right of way turning left after an accident on Monday at 12:23 p.m.

Echols was southbound on South Vandemark Road traveling in the left lane approaching Schlater Drive when he attempted to turn left onto Schlater Drive and struck a vehicle that was traveling northbound on South Vandemark Road.

The driver of the other vehicle was Brian Ritter, 48, 10421 Millcreek Road.

• Elhadi Sow, 22, 500 N. Vandemark Road, Apt. 72, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Thursday at 7:52 p.m.

Sow was traveling behind two other vehicles northbound on Fourth Avenue, approaching Court Street. Sow struck the rear of the car in front of him, causing that car to run into the car in front of it.

The drivers of the other vehicles were Debbie Daniel, 60, 9143 Lochard Road, and Matthew Daniel, 40, 2155 Westminster Drive.

WEDNESDAY

-8:48 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

TUESDAY

-11:53 p.m.: Crews responded to the 800 block of Oak Avenue for a leaking liquid nitrogen tank. The leak was stopped with an isolation valve.

-10 to 10:41 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-4:29 p.m.: Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Campbell Road. It was an accident.

-7:33 a.m. to 1:04 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-12:38 to 11:21 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-12:23 p.m.: Crews responded to an accident at Vandemark Road and Industrial Drive.

1:31 to 8:35 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

SUNDAY

-5:47 to 11:39 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-3:40 p.m.: Crews responded to the 300 block of Clinton Avenue for an auto accident with injuries.

-2:33 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-2:30 p.m.: Crews responded to a service call in the 400 block of West Russell Road for water in the wall.

-2:18 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-10:25 a.m.: Firefighters responded to the 1000 block of Michigan Street for a smoke detector activation with no fire.

-9:39 a.m.: Firefighters responded to the 400 block of Folkerth Road for an unauthorized burn per city ordinance.
