WEDNESDAY

-9:09 p.m.: contempt. David Reineke, 31, of Wapakoneta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant through Sidney Municipal Court and transported to the Shelby County Jail.

-7:36 p.m.: theft. Hannah Fugate, 28, 1532 Willow Place, reported someone removed a men’s gold band and a woman’s diamond wedding ring from her room.

-5:23 p.m.: theft. AT&T on Vandemark Road reported the theft of two cell phones and a tablet; total worth about $700.

-4:01 p.m.: found property. A license plate belonging to Nicholas Hoover, 22, of North Hilliard, was found on Russell Road. It was given to police and the owner was notified that they had it.

-3:05 p.m.: endangering children. Arthur Bennett, 27, and Elissa Graham, 21, 347 Maple St., were arrested for endangering children.

-1:22 p.m.: theft. Tamara Stamey, 50, 805 N. Ohio Ave., reported $20 was missing from her purse.

-7:32 a.m.: criminal mischief. Lydia Turner, 37, 516 Michigan St., reported someone had put condiments on her porch.

MONDAY

-4:09 p.m.: theft. Ryan Cathcart, 32, of Piqua, reported subjects had used his business account to make a personal purchase, in the amount of $78.27, without his consent.

Accidents

Dakota McAlexander, 16, 4657 Township Road 4, Quincy, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Wednesday at 4:26 p.m.

McAlexander was traveling westbound on East Court Street just west of Brooklyn Avenue and failed to slow down as vehicles were slowing in front of him, causing him to run into the back of another vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle was Ryan Hooker, 30, 125 Mound St.

• Lisa Strunk, 44, 1631 Ash Place, was cited for failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 7:33 a.m.

She was traveling westbound on Fair Oaks Drive, failed to control her vehicle and crashed into a telephone pole on the left side of the road.

THURSDAY

-1:18 to 8:42 a.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

WEDNESDAY

-4:28 to 10:41 p.m.: Medics responded to 10 calls.

-11:21 a.m.: Crews responded to the 100 block of Oldham Avenue for an odor investigation.
