WEDNESDAY

-8:11 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Justin E. Price, 28, at large, was arrested for disorderly conduct – intoxicate annoy or alarm after officers responded to 1539 Spruce Ave. on the report of a subject with a gun.

TUESDAY

-7:47 p.m.: possession of drugs. Joshua A. Root, 39, at large, was arrested for possessing drugs and criminal tools.

-5:50 p.m.: violate protection order. Teresa K. Donson, 26, 8160 Stoker Road, was arrested for violating a protection order or consent agreement.

-4:57 p.m.: endangering children. Police are investigating the report of a past child endangering incident.

-2:35 p.m.: criminal damaging. Warren E. Allsup II, 30, of Piqua, was arrested for criminal damaging after multiple people reported their possessions were damaged, including, the driver’s side door of a vehicle was dented, cost set at $1,000; an aluminum boat was damaged, cost set at $1,200; and a fence, trampoline and bikes were damaged, cost set at $500, in the 700 block of Clinton Avenue.

-11:55 a.m.: theft. Joshua King, 37, 310 Enterprise Ave., was arrested for theft after he was already in custody at the Shelby County Jail from an arrest earlier that morning.

-11:34 a.m.: found property. A black C11 Crossman handgun, valued at $20, was found in the 1100 block of Hilltop Avenue.

-8:41 a.m.: theft. Joshua King, 37, 310 Enterprise Ave., was arrested for theft and disorderly conduct – offensive gesture or noise after a business on Michigan Street reported a theft of merchandise in the amount of $802.

MONDAY

-8:57 p.m.: unruly juvenile. Police are investigating the report of an unruly, runaway juvenile.

SUNDAY

-11:02 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 15-year-old was charged for being unruly.

-12:07 p.m.: identity theft. An identity fraud incident was reported to the police.

July 5

-1:07 p.m.: criminal damaging. A Maple Leaf Court resident reported grass/sod on his property was damaged. The cost of the damage is set at $50.

Crashes

Dear A. Hinman, 28, 819 Clinton Ave., was cited for not having a valid operator’s license after a crash on Tuesday at 8:19 p.m.

Hinman and Ricardo Taborn, 51, 527 Chestnut Ave., were in the Dollar General parking lot on West Court Street when they crashed into each other while backing out of their parking spots.

• Linda E. Steenrod, 70, 17244 State Route 47, was cited for speeding and assured clear distance ahead after a crash on Tuesday at 3:08 p.m.

Steenrod was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 when she struck the rear of the vehicle in front of her that was slowing down to turn left into a driveway.

The other vehicle was driven by Jason E. Drinnen, 37, 416 Ironwood Drive.

• Ramona L. Roberts, 51, 109 N. Highland Ave., was cited with overtaking and passing after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 10:44 a.m.

Roberts was traveling southbound on North Highland Avenue at the intersection of West North Street when she attempted to pass and struck a construction vehicle parked across the intersection that was doing work at the location.

The Spring Creek owned vehicle was driven by Tim W. Williams, 53, of St. Marys.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-1:30 p.m.: crash. Firefighters responded to the report of non-injury automobile crash.

-12:02 to 10:46 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.

TUESDAY

-8:48 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation.

-11:17 a.m.: service call. Medics responded to assist an individual.

-11:06 a.m. to 11:21 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls. Two calls were cancelled en route.
