TUESDAY

-3:50 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A 14-year-old male was arrested after being for being unruly after being reported as a runaway.

MONDAY

-10:37 p.m.: theft. Hannah Wood, 20, of Piqua, was arrested for theft after a business on Michigan Street reported the theft of a mini pro hot, valued at $25.13, and I C Serum, valued at $7.27.

-9:35 p.m.: menacing. Joey L. Edwards, 37, 301 S. Wilkinson Ave., was arrested for menacing.

-8:53 p.m.: theft. Shelbie J. Johns, 20, 107 Hill Ave., was arrested for theft after a business on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise in the amount of $85.77.

-8:29 p.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating a report of a past criminal damaging in which a brown 2012 GMC’s front, left bumper was damaged. The cost of the damage is set at $100.

-4:51 p.m.: criminal damaging. A door glass was reported damaged; cost is set at $30. An alleged assault was also reported.

-4:23 p.m.: warrant. Stephen E. Cheek, 47, 412 Kossuth Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

-1:38 p.m.: theft. A shed on a property in the 1500 block of Spruce Avenue was reportedly broken into and damaged and a Dixie Chopper lawn mower, valued at $7,000, was reported stolen. The damage to the shed is set at $50.

-12:21 p.m.: warrant. Paul A. Deal Jr., 41, of Greenville, was arrested on a warrant.

-10:54 a.m.: contempt. Zachery Scott Felver, 24, of Piqua, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

SUNDAY

-9:39 p.m.: theft. A past theft of a white and pink iPhone cellphone, valued at $400, was reported to the police.

-9:26 p.m.: warrant. Shawn Sayre, 26, of Piqua, was arrested on an active warrant out of Miami County.

-9:26 p.m.: warrant. Thomas Hicks, 44, 228 Brooklyn Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-1:46 a.m.: assault. Police are investigating an alleged assault.

-1:04 a.m.: criminal damaging. A mailbox a property in the 300 block of Cherokee Drive was reportedly damaged by juveniles. Damage is set at $20.

-12:30 a.m.: warrant. Ben J. Brandewie, 44, 505 N. Main Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-12:23 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating a report of the theft of a wallet contain $250.

SATURDAY

-11:54 p.m.: criminal mischief. A blue 2008 Honda and a white 2003 Mercedes were reportedly egged while parked in the 800 block of Spruce Avenue.

-6:56 p.m.: burglary. A past burglary was reported in which a door chain was damaged and a 6-foot ladder, valued at $25, a gallon of yellow paint, valued of $10, a paint tray and a flashlight were reported stolen from a property in the 100 block of South Pomeroy Avenue.

-11:48 a.m.: criminal damaging. The paint on a vehicle’s driver’s side door and the rear passenger’s side was reported damaged. Damage is set at $500.

-10:33 a.m.: theft. A license plate was reported stolen off of a white 2003 GMC.

-8:52 a.m.: criminal damaging. A white 2017 Ford was reportedly damaged while parked in the 1100 block of Wapakoneta Avenue. Damage is set at $20.

-2:23 a.m.: driving under the influence. Jeffrey S. Richmond, 46, 630 Frazier Guy Road, was arrested for OVI and menacing.

FRIDAY

-11:54 p.m.: theft. A 15-year-old was arrested for receiving stolen property after a stolen, white 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora was recovered.

-6:15 p.m.: warrant. Richard Winemiller, 38, 119 Shelby St., was arrested on an active warrant.

-4:42 p.m.: domestic violence. A 12-year-old male was arrested for domestic violence.

-12:59 p.m.: aggravated menacing. David Conley, 19, 628 Linden Ave., was arrested for aggravated menacing.

-12:35 p.m.: warrant. Trent Anthony Sims, 31, 221 ½ N. West Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-9:42 a.m.: theft. A business on Michigan Street reported a past theft of a can of Monoco Citrus beer.

-7:07 a.m.: theft. The theft of a blue 2002 Yamaha motorcycle was reported stolen from the 900 block of North Miami Avenue.

THURSDAY

-8:12 p.m.: burglary. Police are investigating the report of a past burglary and the theft of a blanket and pillow cases, valued at $30, in the 2300 block of Collins Drive.

July 18

-2:02 p.m.: theft. The theft of $27 was reported stolen to the police.

-7:02 a.m.: theft. An white purse containing a Fifth Third Bank card, McDonald’s card and miscellaneous items was reported stolen from a 2014 gray Cadillac while parked in the 500 block of Culvert Street.

July 16

-9:36 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of the theft of groceries in the amount of $90 from a business on Michigan Street.

-6:30 p.m.: identity theft. An identity theft incident was reported to the police.

Crashes

Mariah A. Bowser Jones, 21, 1443 Park St., was cited with operation without control after a crash on Saturday at 1:21 p.m.

Bowser Jones was traveling eastbound on Park Street when she struck a vehicle parked facing the east at 1221 Park St. Bowser Jones then left the area and was found later by the owner of the struck vehicle, Heather L. Rinderle, 1221 Park St.

• Judith Shoffner, 66, 751 Chestnut Ave., was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 11:51 p.m.

Shoffner was backing out of the private drive at 751 Chestnut Ave. when she struck a vehicle owned by Catherine A. Minser, 804 Chestnut Ave., that was parked in front of 804 Chestnut Ave.

• Marie N. Zehringer, 18, of Celina, was cited with turning at intersection after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 12:37 p.m.

Zehringer was traveling southbound on Ohio Avenue in the right lane at North Street when she attempted to make a left turn onto North Street from the wrong lane and struck the southbound vehicle in the left lane that was driven by Darrell B. Herbert, 65, of Anna.

TUESDAY

-12:01 to 1:07 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-5:32 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to an automobile crash.

-1:15 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to American Trim on Michigan Street on a false fire alarm.

-6:41 a.m. to 10:34 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.

SUNDAY

-11:12 a.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.

-1:44 a.m. to 8:41 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

-1:33 a.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a false fire alarm.

SATURDAY

-10:26 to 11:02 a.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to two false fire alarms.

-8:15 a.m.: standby. Medics were on standby at Y-Fest.

-5:24 a.m. to 11:36 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

FRIDAY

-9:28 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to 134 S. Main Ave. on the report of pole fire.

-2:05 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted a CO2 investigation at 301 S. Wilkinson Ave.

-1 p.m.: crash. Crews, and Piqua medics, responded to an automobile crash.

-12:33 to 10:38 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.
