MONDAY

-3:59 p.m.: warrant. A juvenile was charged with obstructing official business and was served an outstanding warrant after a trespassing was reported to the police.

-12:38 p.m.: criminal damaging. Two screens were reportedly cut at a residence in the 1200 block of Tully Drive. The damage is set at $100.

-10:52 a.m.: found property. A black suitcase containing five pill bottles, pictures, toiletries and clothes was found at Amos Memorial Public Library and was turned into the police department.

SUNDAY

-5:12 p.m.: warrant. Teresa D. Wentz, 55, 314 N. Ohio Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on an active warrant.

-12:14 p.m.: lost property. A red and black iPhone 8 with a clear, red and black case, valued at $700, was reported lost.

-3:08 a.m.: criminal mischief. A front window on a house at 411 Fourth Ave. was reportedly egged.

SATURDAY

-10:37 p.m.: burglary. A past burglary was reported at 334 ½ Grove St. in which $100 worth of food was stolen.

-2:22 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Hunter Lee Ullery, 19, 2325 Collins Drive, Apt. J, was arrested for disorderly conduct — fighting or threatening after police responded to the report of a fight.

-1:30 p.m.: warrant. James Marchal, 47, at large, was arrested on a warrant.

-8:42 a.m.: assault. Barbara J. Gregory, 51, 124 Garfield Ave., was arrested for assault.

-7:37 a.m.: driving under the influence. Sarah Ann Stallkamp, 27, 623 N. Ohio Ave., was arrested for OVI, OVI refusal breath with prior DUI and felonious assault.

-3:53 a.m.: prohibitions. Aaron Christopher Case, 20, at large, was arrested for prohibitions — persons under 21.

FRIDAY

-11:49 p.m.: driving under the influence. Cynthia M. Rodeheffer, 59, 746 Spruce Ave., was arrested for OVI.

-8:57 p.m.: theft — without concent. The theft of $60 in cash was reported stolen to the police.

-8:05 p.m.: domestic violence. A 14-year-old male was arrested for domestic violence.

-5:22 p.m.: theft. The past theft of a Stanley tool box, valued at $200, from a red Ford Mustang was reported to the police.

-3:14 p.m.: theft. The past theft of a wallet containing $265 and an insurance card at the Mystic Apartments on East Court Street was reported to the police.

-6:28 a.m.: domestic violence. Police are investigating an alleged domestic violence incident.

-5:51 a.m.: criminal mischief. A house at 1030 Apple Blossom Lane was reportedly egged.

-2:01 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating a report of a stolen black purse with white flowers that contained $90, two checkbooks, several credit cards, a driver’s license, a Social Security card, a birth certificate and a pair of diamond and sapphire ear rings, valued at $300, from a residence at 1241 N. Main Ave.

THURSDAY

-9:30 p.m.: theft. An LG Aristo cellphone was reported stolen.

-12:14 p.m.: theft. A business on East North Street reported the theft of merchandise in the amount of $2.39.

Crashes

Ryan D. Ullery, 27, of Troy, was cited with improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 4:23 a.m.

Ullery was traveling southbound on South Vandemark Road in the left lane and when he changed into the right lane he struck the southbound vehicle in the right lane that was driven by Ashley S. Maynard, 30, 623 S. Ohio Ave.

• Meagan K. Ryan, 18, 123 Shelby St., was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 10:55 p.m.

Ryan was backing out of the driveway at 625 Addy Ave. when she struck a vehicle parked facing the north parked across the street from the driveway.

The parked vehicle is owned by Brandon L. Phyillaier, 747 Foraker Ave.

• Brandy R. Hicks, 29, 1507 E. Court St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:40 p.m.

Hicks was traveling westbound on West Michigan Street at the intersection of the Interstate 75 on/off ramps when she did not stop in time and rear-ended the vehicle slowing for traffic in front of her that was driven by Candy S. Wion, 60, of Greenville.

• Pablo Hernandez Baez, 55, of Fairfield, was cited for running a red light after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 7:44 a.m.

Hernandez Baez was traveling on Fourth Avenue and as he was approaching the intersection of Fair Road and went to apply his brakes they did not work. His vehicle continued through the red light and was struck by a vehicle facing the east that was attempting to turn left onto Fourth Avenue.

The driver of the other vehicle is Daniel Smith, 51, of Centerville.

• Kristin K. Case, 29, 508 Sycamore Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two vehicle-crash on Saturday at 1:01 p.m.

Case was traveling eastbound on East Court Street in the left lane when she tried to stop after the vehicle in front of her suddenly stopped. Case’s vehicle’s brakes failed and she rear-ended the other vehicle that was driven by Billy G. Anderson Jr., 45, 4865 State Route 29 East.

• Leah M. Murphy, 41, 426 Chestnut Ave., was cited starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 6:47 p.m.

Murphy was backing out of the driveway at 141 Gemini Drive when she struck the side of the parked vehicle across the street from the driveway.

The other vehicle is owned by Audrey A. Fields, 144 Gemini Drive.

• Lawrence W. Elliott Sr., 80, of Lithonia, Georgia, was cited with right of way at intersection on Thursday at 1:37 p.m.

Elliott was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 and turned left from the wrong lane onto Fourth Avenue when he failed to yield and struck the driver’s side of the westbound vehicle on state Route 47 that was driven by Sierra G. Grieves, 19, 408 Bel Air Drive.

TUESDAY

-7:39 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to a call.

SUNDAY

-10:34 a.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a fire alarm set from a smoke detector that went off during the cleaning of an oven.

-12:37 a.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters responded for mutual aid on a fire call.

-12:23 a.m. to 11:37 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 10 calls.

SATURDAY

-1:50 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to the report of a skid loader crash.

-8:37 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to the report of a structure fire.

-6:55 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to one call.

FRIDAY

-8:41 a.m. to 7:55 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

-7:37 to 9:18 a.m.: crash. Crews responded to two calls.
