WEDNESDAY

-2:32 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies are investigating a possible identity theft case reported by a resident living on Winding Ridge Lane and Franklin Township.

-4:52 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies are investigating a one-vehicle accident on state Route 48 at state Route 66. The vehicle rolled over and two people were in the vehicle.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-12:51 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 300 block of Mill Street in Anna.

-12:03 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 300 block of South Mill Street in Dinsmore Township.

-5:51 a.m.: fire. Anna Fire, Botkins Fire, Jackson Center Fire and Van Buren Township Fire departments, along with Anna Rescue, were dispatched to a structure fire at 9441 State Route 119 in Van Buren Township. Shelby County deputies also responded to the scene.

TUESDAY

-9:26 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was dispatched to the 18000 block of Sharp Road.

-9:08 p.m.: fire. Botkins Fire was dispatched to the Botkins Sports Complex, 208 N. Sycamore St., on the report of a smell of hot wires.

-9:04 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 300 block of Each Pike Street in Jackson Center.

-6:28 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 300 block of East Walnut Street in Botkins.
