TUESDAY

-1:56 a.m.: theft. Niccolas Logic, 525 Jefferson St., reported someone rummaged through his vehicle at 836 St. Marys Ave. and stole a lighter.

MONDAY

-11:17 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Pedro D. Diaz Anzaldo, 21, 1614 Fair Oaks Drive, on a charge of domestic violence. He allegedly assaulted Misty Bates, 38, same address. She had apparent minor injuries.

-8:49 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested James T. Lee, 27, 520 N. Miami Ave., on a contempt warrant.

-8:06 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Nathan Moeller, 34, 1331 Garfield Ave., on a probation violation warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

-6:09 p.m.: theft. Leah Bynum, 122 Beech St., reported two handguns and ammunition, valued at $240, were stolen from her residence.

-5:26 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Natasha R. Waldroop, 26, at large, on a warrant.

-5:03 p.m.: theft. David Wilder, 516 Michigan St., reported a shotgun, valued at $200, was stolen from his residence.

-5:03 p.m.: theft. Leigh Cline, 311 Lunar St., reported theft from two vehicles at her residence. Stolen were $20 cash and a wallet, valued at $20.

-3:54 p.m.: theft. Samantha Scudds, 402 Franklin Ave., reported someone entered her vehicle at her residence and stole a paper shredder, valued at $24, and $1 in change.

-3:35 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Doug Bradley, 42, 5418 Frazier-Guy Road, on a grand jury indictment for possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools.

-2:43 p.m.: theft. Edward Lane, 433 S. Main Ave., reported an air compressor, valued at $200, was stolen from his porch.

-1:38 p.m.: criminal damaging. Larry Elsner, 681 E. Hoewisher Road, reported someone broke the passenger-side window of his vehicle at his residence. Loss was $200.

-11:40 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested Adam Vestal, 31, 6125 Jackson Road, on a warrant from Logan County.

-11:31 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested David M. Brooks, 19, 2335 Collins Drive, Apt. K, on a bench warrant.

-10:36 a.m.: theft. A game camera and Nativity scene donkey, valued at $113, were stolen from the yard at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 120 W. Water St.

-8:29 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported a juvenile did not go to school.

-7:01 a.m.: theft. Gregory Wilson, 505 Franklin Ave., reported someone stole items from his and his daughter’s vehicles at his residence. Stolen were fishing rods and reels and a woman’s wallet, valued at $965.

-6:49 a.m.: criminal damaging. Thomas Lindsey, 437 E. Ruth St., reported a window in his vehicle was damaged at his residence. Loss was $200.

-1:16 a.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Steven M. Philpott, 30, 1148 Hamilton Court, on a grand jury indictment for burglary.

SUNDAY

-7:37 p.m.: theft. Crystal Shoe, 1129 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, reported the theft of a bicycle, valued at $25, from her residence.

-7:02 p.m.: endangering children. Someone reported a juvenile returned from a visit in Indiana with multiple bruises and other injuries. Police forwarded the report to Indiana authorities.

-2:20 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A man reported his 16-year-old son was being unruly.

-12:07 p.m.: theft. The unlocked vehicle of Robert Curlis, 1785 Port Jefferson Road, was entered and basketball shoes, a book bag, and school books, valued at $400, and $5 in change were stolen.

-11:31 a.m.: theft. Blake Laine, 1401 N. Main Ave., reported someone entered his vehicle at his residence and stole his wallet and other items, valued at $111.

-10:13 a.m.: property found. A cell phone was found in the 400 block of North Miami Avenue and given to police.

-3:55 a.m.: theft. Lawrence Kemp, 215 Belmont St., reported someone entered his vehicle at his residence and stole a ratchet tool and in-car camera system, valued at $359.

-12:09 a.m.: robbery. An unidentified woman came into the yard of Carl Gray, 427 N. Miami Ave., pushed Gray down, and took his wallet, which contained $600 cash.

SATURDAY

-9:48 p.m.: criminal damaging. Kenneth Pence, 236 Jefferson St., reported a window in his auto was damaged in the 700 block of North Miami Avenue. Loss was $200.

-7:39 p.m.: property found. A coat was found in the area of Court Street and Wilkinson Avenue.

-7:37 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Danny L. Bryant II, 36, 213 E. North St., at Walmart on charges of theft and criminal damaging. He allegedly shoplifted $223.69 worth of merchandise.

-5:15 p.m.: weapon under disability. Police investigated in incident of having a weapon under a disability and possession of drugs in a vehicle at the West Towne Square shopping center, 2350 Michigan St.

-4:38 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested William M. Littlefield, 51, 805 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. H, at the intersection of Wapakoneta Avenue and Russell Road on a charge of driving under the influence.

-4:30 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Deanna D. Browning, 40, 337 Enterprise Ave., on a grand jury indictment.

-2:48 p.m.: misuse of credit card. Billy Marlow, 529 Fourth Ave., reported theft of $876 from his credit card account.

-1:33 p.m.: criminal damaging. Jimmie Cooke, 607 Park St., reported a taillight was broken out of his vehicle at his residence. Loss was $100.

-12:48 a.m.: criminal damaging. Two tires on the auto of Jeramy Risdon, 629 N. West Ave., were slashed. Loss was $50.

FRIDAY

-11:48 p.m.: unruly juvenile. Police arrested Joshua R. Smith, 28, of Troy, at 1675 Campbell Road on a charge of driving under the influence.

-10:35 p.m.: criminal damaging. The front yard at Sidney Middle School was damaged.

-8:37 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Joshua Graham, of Bradford, reported someone threatened him at a Sidney address.

-9:38 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A man reported a juvenile did not return home.

-5:33 p.m.: theft. James Reynolds, 356 Maple St., reported the license plate was stolen from his RV.

-3:16 p.m.: theft. Brenda Rowe, 520 N. Ohio Ave., reported Christmas decorations, valued at $100, were stolen from her residence.

-12:32 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Charles Anderson, 42, 307 N. Walnut Ave., on a contempt warrant.

-9:56 a.m.: criminal damaging. A front window glass was damaged at Nature’s Cornucopia, 433 N. Main Ave. Loss was $800.

-9:31 a.m.: unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Danielle Landrum, 1130 Riverbend Blvd., reported someone took her car and did not return it.

-9:25 a.m.: theft. Nicholas Ahrens, 1119 Constitition Ave., reported someone entered his car at his residence and stole a pocketknife, valued at $30,and $15 in change.

-8:14 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested Akizhane Wilson, 21, of Marietta, Georgia, on a contempt warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

Accidents

David S. Wourms, 48, 225 E. Lyndhurst St., was cited with a stop sign violation after an accident Monday at 1:07 p.m.

Wourms was westbound on Kossuth Street and stopped at a stop sign at Wapakoneta Avenue. He then attempted to turn right and his auto as struck by a car driven northbound on Wapakoneta by Brandi N. Broaddrick, 37, 1201 Hilltop Ave., Apt. E.

• Ronald Farley, 57, 715 S. Miami Ave., was cited with improper backing after an accident Friday at 2:29 p.m.

Farley was backing on Forest Street onto West Avenue when his pickup truck hit a car that was turning onto Forest. The driver of the other auto was Christopher Briggs, 27, of Bellefontaine.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-6:33 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-5:57 a.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to 2000 Schlater Drive by an fire alarm.

MONDAY

-2:03 a.m. to 9:50 p.m.: Medics responded to nine calls.

-6:40 p.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters provided mutual aid to Lockington Fire at 3401 Chickasaw St., where there was smoke in the residence. A corn-burning stove had malfunctioned. No damage was reported.

-2:09 p.m.: false alarm. Firefighters were called to the 300 block of Charles Avenue. It was a false alarm.

SUNDAY

-10:47 p.m.: odor. Firefighters were called to the 200 block of North West Avenue to investigate an odor.

-12:03 to 9:13 p.m.: Medics responded to 10 calls.
