-2:16 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested Kenson Paul, 26, 128 Mound St., on a charge of disorderly conduct.

MONDAY

-5:14 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Caroline Watterson, 34, 228 Bennett St., on a warrant from Sidney Municipal Court for contempt.

-2:25 p.m.: theft. Carol Heckman, 2209 Green Timber Trail, Minster, reported someone removed copper from an outside air conditioner at 615 Sixth Ave.

-8:28 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Jazmin Rhoads, 33, of St. Marys, on a contempt warrant.

-4:56 a.m.: criminal damaging. The front passenger window of a vehicle belonging to Richard Osborne, 30, 303 S. Miami Ave., was broken out sometime overnight in the area of 200 E. South St., along with the rear passenger side window of a vehicle belonging to Dennis Waxler, 40, 303 S. Miami Ave.

-1:32 a.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Christina Schrider, 45, on an outstanding warrant.

SUNDAY

-8:04 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Irene Jacobs, 34, 407 S. Main Ave., on an active warrant.

-5:21 p.m.: theft. Matthew Clayton, 37, 2390 Riverside Drive, reported someone took his new temporary tag from his vehicle somewhere in the Sidney area.

-2:21 p.m.: theft. Derrick Moorehead St., 2627 Terryhawk Drive, reported four tablet computers and a suitcase with clothing and other items, valued at $1,006, were stolen from a vehicle at his residence.

-12:25 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Joshua Holtzclaw, 27, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 13, on a contempt warrant out of Sidney Municipal Court.

-11:27 a.m.: criminal damaging. Kelly Copeland, 37, 311 N. Walnut Ave., reported someone cut the tires on her vehicle sometime the night before.

-3:57 a.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Brittany Zerkle, 24, 508 S. Miami Ave., on a Champaign County warrant.

-2:24 a.m.: criminal damaging. Christopher Gordon, 22, 9735 Country Club Road, reported hearing glass breaking at the residence of Jayleen Branscum, 40, 124 Pomeroy Ave.

-2:19 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Bradley Simonds, 29, 208 Washington St., on a warrant through Sidney Municipal Court and transported him to the Shelby County Jail.

SATURDAY

-4:32 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Riley Miller, 18, 211 1/2 North St., at her residence for a warrant out of Shelby County Juvenile Court.

-3:59 p.m.: probation violation and contempt. An anonymous subject reported someone with a warrant was at 217 E. North St., Officers checked and located two subjects with warrants who were subsequently arrested. Police arrested Nathan Parke, 20, and Levi Fitchpatrick, 19, both of whom were staying at the East North Street residence.

-2:26 p.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Joseph Snow Jr., 56, 1307 Spruce Ave., for operating a vehicle under the influence.

-12:22 p.m.: theft. Tyra White, 730 Michigan St., reported someone entered her vehicle and stole money.

-4:51 a.m.: inducing panic. Police arrested Deanna Fogt, 31, 320 N. Miami Ave., Apt. 2, for inducing panic, after someone reported she threatened to kill herself by jumping into the Great Miami River.

-2:04 a.m.: purpose to commit theft. Eck Refrigeration, 1705 Wapakoneta Ave., reported a door and frame were damaged sometime within the last half an hour. Damage estimated at $1,500.

-12:29 a.m.: warrant service. Donye Smith, 22, 2919 Sage Ave., Dayton, was arrested on a Miami County warrant and was turned over to Miami County authorities.

FRIDAY

-9:30 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Joshua Lyons, 32, 215 E. Dallas St., for domestic violence against a juvenile victim.

-2:06 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Nathan Jackson, 29, 534 Campbell Road, for operating a vehicle under the influence.

-12:21 a.m.: theft. Paul Rafferty, 64, 306 N. West Ave., reported prescription medication was taken from his residence.

THURSDAY

-8:56 p.m.: theft. Heather Fuston, 31, 219 Pike St., reported a suspect allegedly stole a tablet, a blue and white shirt, miscellaneous CDs and other miscellaneous female clothing.

-8:15 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Skyler Williamson, 22, 302 1/2 S. Walnut Ave., on an outstanding warrant and transported Williamson to the Shelby County Jail.

-5:22 p.m.: theft. Dennis Barker, 57, 1538 Westwood Drive, reported someone entered his vehicle and stole money out of it.

-4:09 p.m.: lost property. Justin Barhorst, 41, 19800 Pence Road, Maplewood, reported he believes he lost his wallet in the area of 1783 Port Jefferson Road.

-2:35 p.m.: theft. Amy Schroeder, 1213 Amherst Drive, reported someone entered her truck and took money out of it.

-9:19 a.m.: theft. Alyson Morris, 50, 1514 Marilyn Ave., reported someone entered her vehicle and stole $200 cash the night before.

-9:09 a.m.: theft. Tyson Bender, 23, 1171 Westwood Drive, reported someone entered his attached garage and stole items out of his vehicles, including a wallet, credit cards, money and an Ohio ID card.

-8:23 a.m.: theft. David Voisard, 63, 1610 Timberridge Drive, reported someone entered his garage and stole miscellaneous change.

-8:18 a.m.: breaking and entering. Darren Roesser, 1817 Fair Oaks Drive, reported someone entered the vacant residence at 1819 Fairoaks Drive. The outside central air unit was also damaged and had copper missing from it.

-7:13 a.m.: theft. Dave Fultz, 64, 1452 Westwood Drive, reported someone stole loose change from his vehicle.

-3:14 a.m.: criminal trespass. Police arrested Virgil Cruea III, 24, 230 N. Walnut Ave., for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after he entered a residence on North Walnut Avenue while intoxicated and without permission.

-1:34 a.m.: found property. A Magna Zip Drive Bicycle was found in the 200 block of Pike Street and placed into the storage garage at the police department.

WEDNESDAY

-4:59 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Alexander Crusey, 20, 333 1/2 S. Miami Ave., on a grand jury indictment.

-4:26 p.m.: burglary. Susan Deaton, 2436 Broadway Ave., reported a suspect had taken the following items: car keys, brown and tan purse, credit and debit card, $20 in cash, a brown and tan wallet, and an iPad Mini.

-4:15 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Police arrested Natalie Slife, 27, 323 Franklin Ave., and Michael Elliott, 42, of the same address, on a grand jury indictment.

-2:53 p.m.: theft. Billie Jo Haney, 39, 612 W. North Ave., reported the theft of a stereo out of her vehicle.

-12:43 p.m.: theft. Food Mart on Michigan Street reported the theft of Hubba Bubble Gum from the store earlier that morning.

-12:10 p.m.: criminal damaging. Steven Schiffke, 53, 729 St. Marys Ave., reported someone had taken the ceramic sea turtle off his porch and smashed it in his neighbor’s yard.

-11:15 a.m.: theft. C. R. Butts, 569 N. Vandemark Road, reported an employee theft of $54.97.

-11:05 a.m.: found property. A red Roadmaster bicycle was located in the 900 block of South Vandemark Road and was placed in the garage.

-9:58 a.m.: theft. John Greer, 52, 1771 Port Jefferson Road, reported the theft of loose change out of his vehicle.

-9:07 a.m.: theft. Ryan Dowler, 33, 6959 Alt state Route 49 E., Arcanum, reported the theft of copper pipes from his central air unit at the back of 1620 Fair Oaks Drive.

Dec. 22

-2:27 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Arthur Bennett, 27, for theft. Items allegedly stolen included an Xbox 360 and controllers and two DVD players.

-2:26 p.m.: burglary. Andrew Ferguson, 28, 329 E. North St., reported someone entered his residence and took three TVs, two Playstations, 25 games, two computers and other miscellaneous items. Estimated value of items stolen: $3,525.

-1:39 p.m.: theft. Amy Perkins, 35, 883 Chestnut Ave., reported she purchased an Apple iPhone off eBay from a seller in Texas and when she attempted to activated the phone she was notified that the phone was reported stolen. The phone was placed into evidence.

-1:02 p.m.: forgery. Bret Pitts, 55, 2009 Michigan St., reported a forgery.

Accidents

Kevin Hayes, 41, 882 Fielding, was cited for obedience to traffic control device after an accident on Saturday at 8:50 p.m.

Hayes was northbound on North Main Avenue when he failed to stop at the red light at East North Street and struck a vehicle traveling eastbound.

The driver of the other vehicle was Vickie Hamlin, 62, 228 Piper St.

• Crystal Hittle, 36, 622 S. Miami Ave., was cited for failure to control after an accident on Saturday at 8:42 p.m.

Hittle was traveling east on West Court Street at South Wilkinson Avenue in the right lane when she lost control and slid sideways off the right side of the roadway. Her vehicle struck a utility/light pole, taking it off its base, and continued down to the south east into a ditch.

• Gregory Paskiewicz, 29, 729 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. G, was cited for right of way at a private drive after an accident on Friday at 6:30 p.m.

Paskiewicz was facing east in the lot of 234 W. Court St. when he began a left turn onto South West Avenue and struck a vehicle that was northbound on South West Avenue.

The driver of the other vehicle was Brent Kuck, 57, 236 N. West Ave.

• Kathryn Ballantine, 33, 6783 state Route 66, Fort Loramie, was cited for obedience to a traffic control device after an accident on Wednesday at 5:58 p.m.

Ballantine was traveling from west to east on state Route 47 at County Road 25A when she ran a red light and struck a vehicle traveling southbound on 25A.

The driver of the other vehicle was Brian Westerback, 33, 317 Shelby St.

• Kyle Wooten, 30, of Springfield, was cited for assured clear distance after an accident on Wednesday at 10:36 a.m.

Wooten was making a left turn from the Interstate 75 northbound exit ramp onto Michigan Street when it struck another vehicle stopped in traffic facing westbound on Michigan Street.

The driver of the other vehicle as Thomas Miller, 72, 1509 Cedarbrook Place.

• An accident occurred Monday at 7:29 a.m.

Roman G. Smith, 43, of Tipp City, turned westbound onto Michigan Street from the Interstate 75 exit ramp and was sideswiped by a westbound auto driven by Robert E. Will, 36, 17834 State Route 706. Both drivers claimed the traffic light was green for them and there were no independent witnesses, police said, so no citations were issued.

• Tyler Conkle, 24, 106 N. Main St., Minster, was cited with failure to yield the right of way after an accident Monday at 12:16 p.m.

Conkle pulled from the Burger King parking lot onto Vandemark Road and struck a northbound auto driven by Vickie Almeida, 57, of Troy.

• Maleena A. Miller, 20, 13780 Fort Loramie-Swanders Road, was cited with failure to control after an accident Tuesday at 12:42 a.m.

Miller, driving a pickup truck, was eastbound on Court Street, east of Fourth Avenue, when she lost control and went off the south side of the street. The truck hit a light pole and broke it off and continued through grass and hit a fence. The vehicle came to rest under the fence. No injuries were reported.

TUESDAY

-12:17 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

MONDAY

-2:54 a.m. to 8:57 p.m.: Medics responded to seven calls.

-12:38 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to the 700 block of South Kuther Road by a fire alarm.

SUNDAY

-10:22 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-9:56 p.m.: Crews responded to the 100 block of Old Vandemark Road for an odor investigation.

-3:44 to 3:55 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
