WEDNESDAY

-4:51 p.m.: theft. A woman reported fraudulent activity on her credit card to police.

-3:26 a.m.: domestic violence. Jason Nation, 44, 1107 East Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-3:31 p.m.: theft. A 12-foot Chicago Brand chop saw, valued at $170, and a 12-foot Skill chop saw blade, valued at $20, was reported stolen from 1051 N. Main Ave.

-3:19 p.m.: theft. The front license plate on a grey 2019 Chevrolet was reported stolen while at 500 N. Vandemark Road.

-1:53 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report that a red, fiberglass, extension ladder had not been returned to 1135 Wapakoneta Ave.

-12:47 a.m.: unruly juvenile. Police are investigating the report a juvenile is missing.

Crashes

Angela C. Longmire, 40, 17800 Maloney Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 6:48 p.m.

Longmire was traveling westbound on West Court Street when he struck the rear of the stopped vehicle in front of him that was driven by John J. Lewis, 52, of Dayton.

•Murphy Mackenzie, 16, of Sidney, was cited with driving within lanes after a three-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 2:39 p.m.

MacKenzie was traveling eastbound on Russell Road near Fourth Avenue in the left lane when she failed to see and struck the vehicle driven by Emily Collier, 34, 418 Oakleaf Court, who was in the right curb lane as she merged over. The collision caused Collier to hit and push a stopped vehicle over a curb that was facing the north on Fourth Avenue that was driven by Rebecca J. Frazier, 62, 501 N. West Ave.

• James A. Pitts, 77, 21945 Middleton Hume Road, was cited with improper lane change after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 11:13 a.m.

Pitts was traveling northbound on North Main Avenue in the right lane at the intersection of Canal Street when he attempted to change lanes into the left lane and struck the northbound vehicle on North Main Avenue that was in the left and was driven by Michelle A. Schutte, 33, 817 Buckeye Ave.

-1:22 a.m.: crash. Crews responded to an automobile crash.

-12:08 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a fire call.

-6:26 a.m.: crash. Crews responded to a automobile crash.

-5:27 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted a carbon monoxide investigation.

-1:09 to 8:15 p.m.: service call. Crews responded to three calls to assist individuals.

-12:33 to 10:35 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.
