WEDNESDAY

-7:01 p.m.: theft. Ian Wayne Anderson, 21, at large, was arrested for theft after Sidney Food Mart on Michigan Street reported the theft of two packages of candy.

-3:31 p.m.: theft. Amanda J. Smith, 38, 500 N. Vandemark, Lot 79, was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise valued at $73.11.

-2:32 p.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Krissa L. Slone, 23, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 84, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-1:42 p.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Quentin M. Derryberry II, 75, 2010 N. Main Ave., was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-10:58 a.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Jennifer R. Ivey, 42, of Sidney, was served a summons for failure to pay city taxes.

-8:59 a.m.: contempt. Kasey J. Carr, 39, 113 N. Pomeroy Ave., was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-1:40 a.m.: criminal damaging. Several cars were reported spray painted during the previous night in the 600 block of Mohican Court. A temporary tag was also reported stolen from one of the vehicles.

TUESDAY

-12:31 p.m.: misuse of a credit card. Someone know was reported to have used the victims credit card without permission.

Crashes

Thierno O. Kah, 63, 936 Buckeye Ave., Apt. 132, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 7:08 p.m.

Kah was traveling westbound on Michigan Street when he struck the left rear corner of a stopped vehicle waiting to turn into Taco Bell on Michigan Street that was driven by Gail Foster, 59, 315 Wagner Ave.

THURSDAY

-6:55 to 9:15 a.m.: wires down. Crews responded to three reports of downed wires.

-6:32 to 7:30 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to two calls.

WEDNESDAY

-6:59 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to the American Legion on Fourth Avenue on a false fire alarm.

-3:52 to 7:26 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to two calls.
