TUESDAY

-2:09 a.m.: theft. The theft of an HP laptop computer, valued at $150, and a wallet containing an Ohio driver’s license, a debit card and a Social Security card were reported stolen out of a silver 2004 Pontiac while parked at 232 Franklin Ave.

MONDAY

-4:01 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A juvenile was charged with being unruly.

-3:07 p.m.: assault. A 13-year-old male was verbally served with an assault charge after police responded to the report of an assault between juveniles.

SUNDAY

-7:38 p.m.: theft. The theft of a Lenovo laptop computer, valued at $349, and Xbox One, valued at $200, a PlayStation 4, valued at $200, miscellaneous jewelry, valued at $200, a Samsung tablet, valued at $149, and an Olympus camera, valued at $50, were reported stolen from 320 Franklin Ave.

-11:17 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A 12-year-old male was charged with being unruly after being reported missing.

-9:39 a.m.: warrant. Amy M. Jones, 43, 1210 University Drive, was served a summons.

-9:29 a.m.: warrant. Kurt W. Kolb, 40, 884 Crescent Drive, was served a summons.

-2:47 a.m.: driving under the influence. Kayla Ann Sue Moore, 21, 13589 Fey Road, was arrested for OVI.

SATURDAY

-9:22 p.m.: possession of drugs. Matthew I. McKenzie, 29, 403 Michigan St., was arrested for possessing drugs and criminal tools and tampering with evidence.

-9:11 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A juvenile was arrested for being unruly.

-6:25 p.m.: forgery. Sally Beauty Supply on Michigan Street reported receiving a fake $100 bill at the business.

-3:43 p.m.: lost property. A brown wallet was reported lost from the residence of 1772 Shawnee Drive.

-3:04 p.m.: theft. The theft of a Social Security card, a driver’s license, a Mutual Federal debit card and two Capital One credit cards were reported stolen out of a beige 2010 Ford while parked at 1001 N. Main Ave.

-1:36 p.m.: possession of drugs. Travis W. Teasley, 42, 224 Pike St., was arrested on a warrant and for possessing drugs and criminal tools.

-8:11 a.m.: warrant. Elizabeth N. Geiger, 24, 614 East Ave., was arrested on an active Darke County warrant.

-7:43 a.m.: felonious assault. Police are investigating an alleged assault after responded to Wilson Health on a report of a stabbing that reportedly occurred during a robbery attempt. Police are also investigating suspected drug and criminal tools possession. According to the police report, meth was recovered and police seized paraphernalia as a result of the incident.

-6:16 a.m.: warrant. Anthony Taylor, 22, 425 Linden Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-:2:23 a.m.: OVI. Seyner Benjamim Deleon, 22, 500 N. Vandemark Road, was arrested for OVI.

-1:07 a.m.: possession of drugs. A drug possession investigation is underway by police after a baggie containing a bud of marijuana was found in a suspect’s vehicle.

FRIDAY

-6:05 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating a report of fraudulent charges on a victim’s Fifth Third credit card.

-5:23 p.m.: domestic violence. Mason Lee Brubaker, 43, of Dayton, was arrested for domestic violence, criminal damaging and on a warrant.

-11:52 a.m.: possession of drugs. Heather S. Juarez, 33, at large, was arrested for possessing drugs.

-11:19 a.m.: domestic violence. Robert R. Hull, 34, 811 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for domestic violence.

-7:13 a.m.: disorderly conduct. Jamey Dawn Potter, 27, 733 N. Main Ave., was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

THURSDAY

-7:36 p.m.: domestic violence. A 12-year-old male was arrested for domestic violence.

-4:34 p.m.: theft. A 15-year-old was arrested for theft after a nail dotting tool, valued at $2, was reported stolen from the Family Dollar store on Wapakoneta Avenue.

Nov. 14

-12:08 p.m.: burglary. Police responded to 123 Shelby St. on the report of a burglary in progress.

Crashes

Karen S. Smith, 57, 17433 State Route 47 East, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 10:03 a.m.

Smith was backing north-eastbound out of a private drive when she struck a vehicle parked facing the west in front of 212 E. North St.

The other vehicle is owned by James Widnehaus Inc., 212 E. North St.

• Jodi Hess, 32, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, was cited with obedience to traffic control devises after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 9:29 p.m.

Hess was traveling eastbound on West Court Street when she traveled into the intersection of South Ohio Avenue on a red light and struck the right rear passenger’s side of a southbound vehicle on South Ohio Avenue.

The other vehicle was driven by Scott Stratton, 52,721 Chestnut Ave.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 6:13 p.m.

Brittany L. Schwartz, 29, of Celina, was traveling southbound on the South Ohio Avenue at Water Street when she said the southbound vehicle on South Ohio Avenue struck the driver’s side of her vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle, Jasmine L. Sharp, 28, 128 S. Miami Ave., told police she was southbound on Ohio Avenue at Water Street when Schwartz turned left and struck her vehicle’s right front bumper. Schwartz told police she was “not turning at all” but that she was going straight in her lane.

Police were unable to determine who was at fault so no citation was issued.

• Angel L. Rivera, 72, 894 Fielding Road, was cited with operation without reasonable control following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 1:44 p.m.

Rivera was traveling westbound in the 800 block of Fielding Road when he struck an unoccupied parked vehicle facing the west on Fielding Road

The other vehicle is owned by Averionna S. Freudenberg, 122 1/2 E. Clay St.

• Vanessa L. Garner, 50, of Quincy, was cited with a failure to control after a single-vehicle crash on Friday at 6:03 a.m.

Garner was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue when she lost control of the vehicle and struck a guardrail in the northbound lane.

• Evan B. Marchus, 19, 207 N. Main Ave., was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 5:20 p.m.

Marchus was traveling westbound on Campbell Road approaching Montrose Avenue and when he began to turn left his vehicle collided with the eastbound vehicle on Campbell Road that was driven by Kelly J. Sowders, 31, 306 S. Wilkinson Ave.

• Kyla M. Holthaus, 17, of Fort Loramie, was cited with a marked lanes violation after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 12:45 p.m.

Holthaus was traveling northbound on Main Avenue at North Street in the right lane and when she attempted to make a left hand turn onto North Street she struck the northbound vehicle on Main Avenue in the left lane that was driven by Bryan J. Giesige, 50, of St. Marys.

TUESDAY

-6:43 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to a call.

MONDAY

-1:20 a.m. to 11:18 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

-11:28 a.m.: fuel spill. Medics responded to the report of a fuel spill.

-8:52 a.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm that was accidentally set off.

SUNDAY

-3:13 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Crews responded to conduct a carbon monoxide investigation.

-11:37 p.m.: assist. Medics responded for assistance to lift an individual.

-4:3o a.m. to 8:56 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to nine calls.

-2:29 a.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to 2615 Campbell Road on a false fire alarm.

SATURDAY

-2:05 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to nine calls.

FRIDAY

-11:38 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters conducted an open burn investigation.

-6:14 p.m.: standby. Medics were on standby for a Sidney High School football game.

-12:11 p.m.: crash. Medics responded to the report of a crash.

-11:50 a.m. to 11:52 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

-10:47 a.m.: assist. Firefighters responded to assist the police department.

-10:07 a.m.: oil spill. Crews responded to the report of an oil spill.

A vehicle crashed into a guardrail in the northbound lane of Interstate 75 at mile marker 92 Tuesday morning around 11 a.m. The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the crash. No one was hurt in the single-vehicle crash.
