FRIDAY
-4:14 a.m.: assault. Officers are investigating an assault which allegedly occurred at 824 Buckeye Ave.
-2:11 a.m.: drug abuse. Caleb Roberts, 18, 835 E. Parkwood St., was stopped for a traffic violation and was charged with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He allegedly had several buds of marijuana, valued at $20, in his possession. He was stopped in the 800 block of Fair Road.
THURSDAY
-10:40 p.m.: domestic violence. Officers are investigating a report of domestic violence at 322 E. Court St.
-8:24 p.m.: theft. Tony L. Graham, 44, 822 Taft St., was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart, 2400 Michigan St. She allegedly took merchandise valued at $44.88.
-8:22 p.m.: parking in excess of 2 hours. Billy J. Pultz, 223 ½ E. Court St., was arrested for parking in excess of two hours in a parking spot in the 200 block of East Court Street.
-8:22 p.m.: warrant served. Daniel W. Rodgers, 30, 313 N. Walnut St., was arrested on a felony warrant at his residence.
-4:20 p.m.: warrant served. Matthew Thomas Brown, 28, 742 Broadway Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant at his residence.
-5:22 p.m.: theft without consent. Denise L. Adkins, 1232 Maple Leaf Court, reported the theft of her cell phone at Sidney High School. The phone was valued at $25.
-Noon: arrest. Officers arrested Brian Edwards, 38, at the Montgomery County Jail, Dayton. He has been charged with a theft from a building. A second charge is for all other larceny.
-8:15 a.m.: unruly juvenile. Offices arrested a juvenile at a residence on Clinton Avenue for being unruly.
TUESDAY
7 a.m.: theft. Brian K. Gold Jr., 317 Brooklyn Ave., reported someone entered his vehicle and took cables, wiring an a microphone he uses when he DJ’s. The items were valued at $525.
Fire, rescue
THURSDAY
-11:06 a.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on one run.
WEDNESDAY
-6:50 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 221 N. Forest St. on a report of a structure fire. The fire was a no complaint open burn.
-5:50 to 6:23 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on two runs, one of which was an invalid assist.
-5:27 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters were dispatched to 723 Campbell Road on an open burn complaint. The burn was allowed within the city by ordinance.
-1:03 to 4:15 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on six runs.
-1 p.m.: public service. Firefighters were dispatched to the 900 block of Michigan Street for public service assistance.
-7:11 to 10:12 a.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on three runs.
