TUESDAY

-7:52 p.m.: theft. Lacey N. English, 26, 10994 Little Turtle Way, was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise in the amount of $91.69. The merchandise was recovered.

-7:34 p.m.: warrant. Eric B. Clay, 23, of Piqua, was arrested on an active Miami County warrant.

-5:58 p.m.: theft. The theft of $1,000 at the Dollar General store on West Russell Road was reported to the police.

-4:34 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A juvenile was charged for being unruly.

-11:33 a.m.: forgery. The Clark gas station on West Court Street turned in a fake $20 bill to the police department.

-6:29 a.m.: juvenile delinquent. A 16-year-old male was arrested for being unruly.

Nov. 21

-6:40 p.m.: probation violation. A male juvenile was arrested on a probation violation.

Crashes

Urgelle M. Roberts, 73, 410 Bowman Drive, was cited with a turning at intersection violation after at two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 8:28 a.m.

Roberts was traveling southbound in the 1200 block of County Road 25A and when he was attempting to make a left hand turn into a business’s drive he was struck by the northbound vehicle on County Road 25A that was driven by John Ziegler, 49, 5654 S. Knoop Johnston Road.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-10:50 a.m.: odor. Fort Loramie Fire Department conducted an odor investigation so members of the Sidney Fire Department could attend the funeral of Sidney Fire Lt. Tony McLain.

-9:50 to 10:03 a.m.: medical. Piqua and Kettering medics responded to two calls.

-4:58 a.m.: assist. Medics responded to provide assistance to lift an individual.

TUESDAY

-7:26 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to a call.

-4:56 to 9:46 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to two false fire alarms.
