13 indicted in Common Pleas Court Thursday

SIDNEY — The following people were indicted by a Shelby County grand jury on Thursday, Jan. 14:

• Anthony Aikin, 29, was indicted on one count of vandalism, a felony of the fifth-degree. He is currently being held in the Shelby County Jail on a cash or surety bond in the amount of $15,091.

• Joshua D. Brunswick, 30, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth-degree.

• Brian Edwards, 38, was indicted on one count of grand-theft auto, a felony of the fourth-degree, and one count of petty theft, a misdemeanor of the first-degree. He is currently being held in the Shelby County Jail on other charges. A cash-only bond was set for the grand-theft auto charge in the amount of $6,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m.

• Katrina Fitzgeral, 19, was indicted on two counts of possession of drugs, felonies of the fifth degree, and one count possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree.

• Collin Hymes, 26, was indicted on one count of theft of drugs, a felony of the third degree. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m.

• Romell Key, 21, was indicted on one count failure to appear, a felony of the fourth-degree.

• Jose Ramon Matos-Diaz, 40, was indicted on two counts of possession of drugs, felonies of the fifth degree, and one count possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree.

• Cordelia Morefield, 27, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree. She is currently being held in the Shelby County Jail on other charges. A cash-only bond was set for the possession of drugs charge in the amount of $5,000. She is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m.

• Jennifer Neal, 40, was indicted on one count of grand theft, a felony of the fourth-degree.

• Che Joseph Riegel, 39, was indicted on two counts of domestic violence, felonies of the fourth degree.

• Leona Roderick, 51, was indicted on one count illegal use of supplemental nutrition or WIC program benefits, a felony of the fifth degree.

• Rachel Vacca, 44, was indicted on one count illegal use of supplemental nutrition or WIC program benefits, a felony of the fourth degree.

• Matthew L. Watterson, 28, was indicted on one count of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, one count of possessing criminal tools, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
