In Sidney Municipal Court Friday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Andrew T. Parrett, 24, 1200 Cinnamon Ridge Lane, $150 and $111 costs and ordered him to do 20 hours of community service for driving under suspension.

• Dustin L. Williams, 29, 103 Redbud Circle, Jackson Center, confinement/restraint of dog, $25 fine and $203 costs.

• Kristi M. Spangler, 35, 1626 Cypress Place, speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Maria A. Burgett, 27, 1160 Hazelnut Ave., driving on right side of road, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Jennifer A. Martin, 40, 315 S. Main Ave., speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Matthew L. Watterson, 28, 109 N. Mill St., Botkins, drug abuse and possessing criminal tools, dismissed.

• Bryan L. Sims, 25, 140 W. Robinwood St., driving under suspension, dismissed, $111 costs, License Intervention Program successful.

In Municipal Court Thursday, Goettemoeller fined Jeffery A. Pollard, 45, 454 E. Robinwood St., $150 and $105 costs for speed.

• Chad A. Chamberlin, 37, 2421 N. Main Ave., speed, $100 fine and $105 costs.

• Katelyn M. Niswonger, 22, 401 Summit St., speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Jada Lee, 18, 615 Fair Road, right of way, $25 fine and $105 costs.

In Municipal Court Wednesday, Goettemoeller fined David F. Phipps Jr., 35, 627 Fourth Ave., $150 and $266 costs and sentenced him to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from obstructing official business. He was given two days credit. Phipps also was fined $75 and $209 costs for failure to reinstate license.

• Gladys M. Davis, 25, 744 S. Brooklyn Ave., Lot 13, drug abuse, $1,000 fine ($850 suspended), one day jail (one day credit), counseling.

• Joseph L. Righter III, 25, 427 S. Ohio Ave., domestic violence, $250 fine and $143 costs, anger/rage program.

• Jeramy A. Risdon, 36, 629 N. West Ave., theft, $150 fine and $138 costs, 20 hours community service.

• Christopher L. Kinnemore, 40, 19701 Meranda Road, Maplewood, failure to reinstate, $250 fine and $95 costs, License Intervention Program unsuccessful, 40 hours community service; no operator’s license, $25 fine and $10 costs; failure to reinstate license, $250 fine and $111 costs, License Intervention Program unsuccessful, 80 hours community service.

• Ashley L. Murray, 29, 328 Maple St., driving under suspension, $150 fine and $113 costs, five days jail, License Intervention Program unsuccessful.

• Kathleen J. Sturm, 61, 10300 Fort Loramie-Swanders Road, speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

In Municipal Court Tuesday, Goettemoeller fined Bobbi Jo Brandyberry, 30, 490 W. Parkwood St., $75 and $138 costs for falsfication. Brandyberry also was ordered to attend a domestic violence program.

• Eric Green, 26, 230 S. Miami Ave., assured clear distance, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Megan Heitmeyer, 18, 10055 Sidney-Freyburg Road, speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Marie R. Masteller, 34, 320 S. Miami Ave., speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Keith V. Gump, 48, 2867 Tawawa-Maplewood Road, expired license plates, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Brian T. Adams, 24, 1509 Bon Air Circle, speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.

• Nathan A. Davis, 24, 752 E. Parkwood St., speed, $30 fine and $111 costs.

• Thomas D. Walton, 80. 224 N. Pomeroy Ave., right of way, $25 fine and $111 costs.

In Sidney Municipal Court Monday, Goettemoeller fined Darrell E. Clark, 33, 5923 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, $250 and $111 costs and sentenced him to 160 hours of community service for driving under suspension. He also was fined $250 and $149 costs and sentenced to 40 hours of community service for another count of driving under suspension. On a third charge of driving under suspension, Clark was fined $250 and $159 costs. A charge of lighted lights required was dismissed, with $10 costs imposed.

• Laura A. Wooten, 20, 615 N. Main Ave., permitting minor to drive, $150 fine and $103 costs, 20 hours community service.

• Scott E. Hudgins, 52, 2355 Collins Drive, driving under suspension, $250 fine and $138 costs.

In Municipal Court Friday, Jan. 8, Goettemoeller fined Christopher Apple, 53, 1136 Hamilton Ave., $50 and $113 costs and sentenced him to one day in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from using a weapon while intoxicated. He was given one day credit for jail and was ordered to forfeit a gun and obtain counseling.

• Dana M. Bowsher, 34, 257 Sherri Ann Ave., using weapon while intoxicated, $250 fine and $103 costs, one days jail (one day credit), 477 days with alcohol monitor, counseling; discharging firearms, dismissed, $10 costs.
