WEDNESDAY

-12:17 a.m.: parking violation. Police served multiple summonses from Sidney Municipal Court for parking violations to Nathanial R. Maxwell, 26, 128 Pike St.

TUESDAY

-3:08 p.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested David W. Gilmore, 46, 1046 N. Miami Ave., on a charge of domestic violence. He allegedly assaulted Melissa Gilmore, 18, of the same address. She had apparent minor injuries.

-12:51 p.m.: criminal damaging. A mirror on the auto of Cathy Burnside, 218 S. Miami Ave., was damaged at the residence. Loss was $200.

-12:02 p.m.: theft. Warren Powers, 314 N. West Ave., reported medication and an MP3 player, valued at $22, were stolen from a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.

-11:55 a.m.: theft. Bailey Creekmore, 803 W. North St., reported someone used her bank account without her consent. Loss was $231.

-10:51 a.m.: warrant. Police served a warrant to Chiane Sowders, 21, 301 S. Main Ave.

Accidents

Jacob Hatfield, 30, 30, 5880 State Route 29 East, Lot 28, was cited with driving under the influence and failure to control after an accident Monday at 8:54 p.m.

Hatfield was eastbound on Court Street and lost control. His auto hit the Highland Avenue overpass concrete upright.

• Wesley Jones, 20, 2442 Collins Drive, was cited with improper starting after an accident Tuesday at 10:46 a.m.
Jones was parked in a space parallel to the curb at 107 E. Court St. He attempted to enter the traffic lane and hit an eastbound truck driven by Steven Frierott, 50, 117 E. Edgewood St. The Jones car continued eastbound and hit a parked car owned by Jaclyn Design Group, 107 E. Court St.
