THURSDAY

-10:54 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at the Shelby County Courthouse in Clinton Township.

-10:32 a.m.: threats or harassment. Deputies investigated a scam complaint at 4942 Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Washington Township.

-12:38 a.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a report a child was in a car in the parking lot while parents were allegedly inside drinking at Galaxy 99 on state Route 119 in Dinsmore Township.

WEDNESDAY

-8:23 p.m.: assist other unit. Deputies responded to assist another unit in the 1000 block of North Miami Avenue in Clinton Township.

-5:11 p.m.: property damage crash. Deputies responded to the 200 block of Linkensmith Drive in Dinsmore Township on the report of a crash.

-3:34 p.m.: vandalism. Deputies responded to 7700 Taylor Road on the report someone drove through the yard.

MONDAY

-7:05 p.m.: telecommunications harassment. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Dale Edward Bower, 27, 207 E. Breman St., New Knoxville, on telecommunications harassment charges after a report alleged threats were made via Facebook Messenger.

THURSDAY

-12:24 p.m.: investigate complaint. Jackson Center P0lice responded to 314 N. Main St. in Jackson Center on the report of fraud to a checking account.

-10:32 a.m.: threats or harassment. Botkins Police investigated a report of threats or harassment at 212 1/2 W. State State St. in Dinsmore Township.

WEDNESDAY

-10:03 p.m.: investigate complaint. Jackson Center P0lice investigated a report a stolen credit card was used at Casey’s General Store on West Pike Street in Jackson Township.

Crashes

No one was cited following a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 2:06 p.m.

Janice Paulson, 82, of Spruce, Michigan, was traveling southbound on Interstate 75 when she began hitting the brakes, sliding off the road and lost control of her vehicle. Paulson’s vehicle struck the rear of another southbound vehicle on I-75 that was also attempting to brake traffic due to the weather on I-75 that was driven by Jeffrey P Dinnakar, 24, of Novi, Michigan.

• No one was cited following a one-vehicle crash on Sunday at 1:43 p.m.

Abigail Grace Ranchel, 18, of Cridersville, was traveling northbound on I-75 when her vehicle slid off the road and into a median, then struck the cable barrier and overturned before coming to a stop a short distance away on its wheels.

Ranchel was transported by Anna Rescue to Wilson Health.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on private property on Saturday at 6:18 p.m.

Samuel F. Weidner, 76, of Piqua, was backing from a parking spot in the parking lot of the Shelby County Deer Hunters Association, on Johnston Slagle Road when he struck the front of another parked vehicle in the parking lot that is owned by Daniel J. Taviano, 55, 1109 Colonial Drive, Sidney.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on private property on Friday at 8:13 a.m.

The vehicle owned by Aaron H. Harshbarger, 13366 Sharp Road, Sidney, was unoccupied and parked in a parking space at 301 N. Second St., in Anna, when the vehicle’s emergency brake was not working and the vehicle rolled eastbound and struck another unoccupied, parked vehicle’s side, rear door at the location.

The other vehicle is owned by Kristine L. Edwards, 105 Brentwood Court, Anna.

THURSDAY

-9:11 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the unit block of Lane Street in McLean Township.

-121:45 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the unit block of Sawmill Road in McLean Township.
