WEDNESDAY

-2:24 p.m.: possession of drugs. Police arrested Daniel Boyd, 31, of South Charleston, in the 700 block of Foraker Avenue on charge of possession of drugs. He allegedly had 59 capsules of heroin, along with Suboxone strips and marijuana.

-1:44 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Lindsey A. Scherer, 26, 304 N. Third St., Anna, on a contempt warrant.

SUNDAY

-11 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Tara Berning, 510 W. Parkwood St., reported someone damaged a door frame at her residence. Loss was $100.

Accidents

Bradley L. Dillon, 36, of Cedarville, was cited with a marked lanes violation after an accident Wednesday at 7:44 a.m.

Dillon, driving a single-unit truck with trailer, was in the middle lane in the 2900 block of Campbell Road. He turned from that lane into the right lane, hitting a car driven by Penny E. Hancock, 51, of Troy. The Hancock car spun 360 degrees.

• Ryan Yinger, 22, 729 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. D, was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Wednesday at 5:14 p.m.

Yinger was westbound on East Russell Road behind a car driven by Joshua Fleming, 37, 215 S. Miami Ave. Fleming began to turn right into 108 E. Russell Road. Yinger attempted to avoid a collision by going to the right, but he hit the Fleming auto. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services took a passenger from the Fleming auto, Linda Hammons, 60, 215 S. Miami Ave., to Wilson Memorial Hospital. She had possible injuries.

THURSDAY

-5:30 to 7:17 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-4:56 a.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters provided mutual aid to Anna Fire at Wendy’s, 104 Commerce Drive.

WEDNESDAY

-6:45 p.m.: mutual aid. Firefighters provided mutual aid to Lockington Fire at a house fire at 10841 Millcreek Road.

-10:15 a.m. to 6:03 p.m.: Medics responded to four calls.

-12:04 p.m.: smoke. Firefighters were called to 302 Riverside Drive to check for smoke.
