SIDNEY — An open house will be held on Friday, March 1 for Sidney’s Deputy Fire Chief Cameron Haller who is retiring from Sidney’s Department of Fire and Emergency Services on March 2. The open house will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a flag ceremony at 4 p.m. Friday at Sidney Fire’s Station 1, 222 W. Poplar St.
