WEDNESDAY

-1:54 p.m.: theft. Theft of cable was reported at 4723 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road.

-9:14 a.m.: assault. An assault was reported at the Sidney Alternative School, 315 W. Russell Road.

-6:57 a.m.: property-damage accident. A two-vehicle crash occurred in the 1000 block of Riverside Drive.

TUESDAY

-2:41 p.m.: theft. A heater was stolen from 16980 McCloskey School Road.

-1:42 p.m.: theft. A car dolly was stolen from 373 S. Lindsey Road.

-1:22 p.m.: theft. Unauthorized use of a debit card was reported at 202 W. Main St., Port Jefferson.

MONDAY

-3:38 p.m.: accident with injuries. A crash occurred at the intersection of Kuther and Schenk roads. Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services and deputies responded.

-3:26 p.m.: vandalism. Renters reportedly damaged an apartment at 7741 Hughes Road.

-6:53 a.m.: accident with injuries. A two-vehicle accident with two injuries was reported in the 9000 block of Hardin-Wapakoneta Road. Fort Loramie Fire and Rescue and deputies responded.

SUNDAY

-10:50 p.m.: accident with injuries. A one-vehicle rollover crash with one occupant entrapped was reported in the 16000 block of Schmitmeyer-Baker Road. Van Buren Township Fire, New Bremen Fire, New Bremen Rescue and deputies responded.

FRIDAY

-5:30 p.m.: public indecency. A deputy charged Rex A. Sniffen, 44, 405 1/2 S. Miami Ave., with public indecency. He allegedly exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl while he was at the girl’s residence doing work for the girl’s father.

SUNDAY

-8:11 a.m.: burglary. Power tools, fishing poles and a crossbow were stolen from a shed at 300 Clay St., Jackson Center. Jackson Center Police responded.

-7:29 p.m.: property-damage accident. An auto accident occurred at 111 N. Mill St., Botkins. Botkins Police responded.

Accidents

Denny Lambdin, 50, 9733 Pasco-Montra Road, was cited with failure to yield after an accident Monday at 3:38 p.m.

Lambdin was eastbound on Schenk Road and failed to yield at a stop sign at Kuther Road. The pickup truck he was driving hit a car that was northbound on Kuther. The driver of the car was Travis Massengill, 18, of Piqua. Both drivers had nonincapacitating injuries. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services took Massengill to Wilson Memorial Hospital. Lambdin was not transported.

• Kendra L. Teeters, 26, 19511 Meranda Road, Maplewood, was cited with failure to control after an accident Friday at 7:56 p.m.

Teeters was westbound in the 21000 block of Meranda Road when she said she swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway. Her car left the roadway and hit a utility pole and overturned and came to rest on the south side of the road in a tree line. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue took Teeters to Wilson Memorial Hospital. She had possible injuries.

• Melissa L. Mayor, 29, 4785 Vermont Drive, was cited with improper backing after an accident Monday at 6:53 a.m.

Mayor was stopped northbound on Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, north of Mason Road, and began to back into a residential driveway. Gregory D. Stang, 49, 538 Elizabeth Court, Fort Loramie, was southbound and came upon the backing vehicle, which had not side illumination. Stang was unable to swerve in time and hit the Mayor auto. Both vehicles spun off the side of the roadway. Fort Loramie Rescue took Mayor, Stang and a passenger in Mayor’s auto, Nicholas Kirk, 8, 4785 Vermont Drive, to Wilson Memorial Hospital. All the victims had possible injuries.

WEDNESDAY

-2:31 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was called to the 20000 block of Sidney-Plattsville Road.

-6:19 a.m.: medical. Russia Fire and Versailles Life Squad were called to the 100 block of South Liberty Street, Russia.

-4:51 a.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was called to the 400 block of West Main Street, Port Jefferson.

TUESDAY

-10:34 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was called to the 4000 block of state Route 66.

-3:12 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was called to the 10000 block of Dingman-Slagle Road.

MONDAY

-2:51 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Fort Loramie Fire was called to 304 S. Lindsey Road to check on a carbon monoxide detector that was sounding.

SUNDAY

-6:33 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire were called to the 6000 block of Guppy Street, Pemberton.

-4:45 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue was called to the 10000 block of East Lockington Road.
