TUESDAY

-6:59 p.m.: property found. Four bicycles were found at 113 S. Walnut Ave. and placed in the police garage.

-4:58 p.m.: criminal damaging. The front door at 906 N. Main Ave. was forced open, causing $750 damage. The property is owned by Roger Gibson, 1200 S. Kuther Road.

-4:48 p.m.: identity theft. Ken Schlater, 1703 Burkewood Drive, reported information was used without permission.

-4:12 p.m.: theft. Rachel Potter, 445 W. Wayne St., Versailles, reported her 1989 Oldsmobile Silhouette, valued at $900, was stolen from 302 1/2 S. Walnut Ave. A purse was in the auto.

-10:47 a.m.: theft. Sidney Food Mart reported someone stole candy, valued at $1.69, from the store.

-8:07 a.m.: theft. Caleb Bray, 836 St. Marys Ave., Apt. B, reported someone entered his vehicle at his residence and stole an iPod, valued at $300.

FRIDAY

-1:29 a.m.: identity theft. Gregory Baker, 307 Charles Ave., reported someone used his personal information with the Internal Revenue Service.

Accidents

Tyler M. Freeman, 16, 1222 Turner Drive, was cited with a turning violation after an accident Tuesday at 7:13 a.m.

Freeman pulled from the Speedway station on Michigan Street to go westbound and failed to see an eastbound auto. His car hit an auto driven by Christopher A. Kerns, 64, of Troy.

• Gretchen R. Smith, 33, 744 Brooklyn Ave., Lot 26, was cited with failure to maintain an assured clear distance after an accident Tuesday at 3:20 p.m.

Smith was westbound on West Court Street behind a car driven by Esther Williamson, 81, 744 Brooklyn Ave., Lot 12. Williamson slowed to turn right onto Royan Avenue and the Smith auto hit the Williamson car in the rear.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-1:23 to 8:45 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

TUESDAY

-2:18 to 10:24 p.m.: Medics responded to eight calls.

-1:33 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters were called to 215 Harvard Ave. to check for carbon monoxide. They did not find a problem.
