WEDNESDAY

-7:55 p.m.: theft. James Depinet, 42, 209 E. Main St., Port Jefferson, reported an ankle monitor cord was taken from 514 Second Ave.

-12:24 p.m.: misuse of credit card. Jeffrey Studebaker, 47, 1027 Riverbend Blvd., reported someone got his credit card numbers and misused them.

TUESDAY

-7:22 p.m.: assault. Jonathan Cotterman, 33, 1842 Robert Place, reported he was assaulted by two males in the 500 block of South Miami Avenue. He had an apparent minor injury.

-4:44 p.m.: assault. Brandy Terry, 18, 321 N. West Ave., reported she was assaulted. She had an apparent minor injury.

-10:43 a.m.: operating a vehicle under the influence. Police arrested Ted Heitkamp, 43, of St. Henry, for OVI.

MONDAY

-1:46 p.m.: theft. Anthony McLain, 44, 110 Parkwood Ave., reported someone entered his vehicle and removed a baseball bat, a pair of Beats ear buds in a black case and a Northface back pack.

Feb. 1

-4:45 p.m.: stopping after accident. Justina Boggs, 24, 311 S. Ohio Ave., was issued a summons for stopping after an accident and driving under suspension.

Accident

Makayla Vanhook, 16, 118 Pike St., was cited for failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 7:13 a.m.

Vanhook was northbound on Buckeye Avenue when she lost control after breaking on the slick roadway and slid in a parked vehicle and a mailbox.

• Walter Miller III, 24, 5880 State Route 29, was cited assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Monday at 12:49 p.m.

Miller was traveling westbound on state Route 47 in the right lane of travel in the 2000 block when he failed to stop for a vehicle that was stopped in traffic in front of him.

The driver of the other vehicle was Craig Walker, 31, 107 W. Walnut St.

THURSDAY

-6:43 a.m.: Crews responded to the 1000 block of North Kuther Road for an odor of gas investigation.

WEDNESDAY

-10:36 p.m.: Medics responded to a call.

-7:59 p.m.: Crews responded to the 1000 block of Wapakoneta Avenue for an odor of gas investigation. Nothing was found.

-6:51 to 7:30 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-5:10 p.m.: Crews responded to the 800 block of McKinley Street for an open burn complaint. Fire was found to be non-compliant.

-1:33 to 5:28 p.m.: Medics responded to five calls.

-7:51 a.m.: Crews responded to Meranda Road at Wenger Road for mutual aid with Anna Rescue for an auto accident with injuries.

-3:27 to 6:37 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

TUESDAY

-9:27 to 10:48 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-7:05 p.m.: Crews responded to the 100 block of West Poplar Street for a fire alarm. No problem was found. Malicious pull-station activation.
