In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, Feb. 23, Judge Duane Goettemoeller sentenced Joshua M. Holtzclaw, 27, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 13, to 47 days in jail for domestic violence. He was given two days credit and given a work-release permit. Costs of $183 were imposed.

In Sidney Municipal Court Monday, Feb. 22, Goettemoeller fined Michael S. Ritchie, 38, 1535 Spruce Ave., $100 and $155 costs for disorderly conduct. He also was fined $375 and $122 costs and his driver’s license was suspended six months for driving under the influence. Dismissed were charges of driving under the influence (breath), failure to reinstate license, driving in marked lanes, and seat belt.
