SUNDAY

-1:32 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office on Gearhart Road in Clinton Township.

-8:46 a.m.: assist. Deputies responded to mile marker 103 on Interstate 75 south in Dinsmore Township to assist another unit with a vehicle search.

-1:23 a.m.: pursuit. Deputies responded to try and stop and ATV on Friemering Road at Fortman Road in McLean Township.

SATURDAY

-6:29 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint neighbors were shooting tannerite in the 20400 block of state Route 119 in Jackson Township.

-6:25 p.m.: threats. Deputies responded to 6370 Jackson Road in Perry Township on the report of threats.

-6:01 p.m.: investigate complaint. Deputies investigated a complaint at the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.

Village log

MONDAY

-2:42 p.m.: property damage crash. Fort Loramie Police responded to Casey’s General Store in McLean Township on the report of a crash.

-1:58 p.m.: stolen vehicle. Botkins Police responded top the report of a stolen vehicle at 215 S. Main St. in Dinsmore Township.

-1:10 p.m.: lines down. Botkins Police responded to the report a construction company cut down power lines at 502 W. State St. in Dinsmore Township.

SATURDAY

-5:46 p.m.: theft. Fort Loramie Police responded to 12052 Barbara Drive in McLean Township on the report of a theft.

Crashes

Jasroop Singh Briar, 34, of Brampton, Ontario, was cited with failure to control after a single-vehicle crash on Sunday at 5:35 p.m.

Briar was taking the southbound exit ramp on Interstate 75 at mile marker 90 when he told Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) the loads in his semitrailer shifted causing him to loose control and go off the roadway and then his trailer to flip onto its left side. The crash caused the entire trailer roof to rip off, said Sgt. Vee Witcher, of OSP’s Piqua post. Briar was hauling 44,000 pounds of tractor parts.

Briar was treated at the scene for minor injuries by Sidney Medics, but refused to be transported, Witcher said.

Sidney Fire and Police, ODOT and and Mantor towing responded to the scene. The exit ramp was closed for about an hour and a half to two hours Sunday evening, Witcher said.

Fire, rescue

MONDAY

-7:23 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue and Lockington Fire responded to 1900 Patterson Halpin Road in Turtle Creek Township.

SUNDAY

-2:04 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 300 block of Clay Street in Jackson Township.

-6:18 a.m.: crash with injuries. Anna Rescue and Botkins Fire were dispatched to mile marker 100 on Interstate 75 north in Dinsmore Township on the report of a crash.

SATURDAY

-8:23 p.m.: crash with injuries. Fort Loramie Rescue and Fire and Deputies were dispatched to Barhorst Road at Mason Road on the report of a motorcycle crash.

-8:01 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 12000 block of Luthman Road in Turtle Creek Township.

-7:23 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue Squad responded to 5900 Hardin Washington Road in Turtle Creek Township.

-4:56 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Police responded to the 200 block of North Main Street in McLean Township
