THURSDAY

-1:52 a.m.: criminal mischief. Darryl Mann, 1320 Hancock St., reported someone spray-painted the back windows of his vehicle with yellow paint at his residence. Loss was $25.

WEDNESDAY

-8:13 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Zachary A. Flippo, 18, of Greenville, at Michigan Street and Interstate 75 on a warrant from Darke County.

-5:59 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested William M. Warfield, 30, 705 S. Ohio Ave., on a warrant.

-4:17 p.m.: possession of drugs and criminal tools. Police arrested Keven Revolt, 27, of Wapakoneta, at 2050 Fair Road on charges of possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools. He allegedly had 11 capsules of heroin.

-8:59 a.m.: breaking and entering. Personnel at Sidney Food Town reported someone attempted to enter the store through a rear door. Damage totaling $100 was done to the door.

Accident

A pickup truck hit a guardrail in an accident Tuesday at 6:12 a.m.

The truck was southbound on Pomeroy Avenue, crossed Railroad Street, and struck a guardrail. The truck continued through the guardrail and hit the embankment of a drainage ditch. The driver fled from the scene before police arrived and apparently had not been identified at the time the report was filed.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-1:06 to 6:59 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

WEDNESDAY

-3:20 to 7:15 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.

-3:07 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were called to Ross Casting and Innovation, 402 S. Kuther Road, where there was a small fire inside an air compressor. The fire was out of the arrival of firefighters.
