WEDNESDAY
-6:20 p.m.: using weapons while intoxicated. Police arrested Gary Murray, 28, 827 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. D, for using weapons while intoxicated. Police were called to the house on a domestic violence call.
-9:51 p.m.: found property. A red 12.5 inch Huffy Bicycle was found in the 500 block of South Highland Avenue and placed in the police garage.
-1:32 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Choicie Davis, 22, 315 Wilson Ave., on a warrant and released to the courts.
-1:19 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Steven Smith, 61, of Riverside, reported someone threatened him.
-11:30 a.m.: breaking and entering. Chet Young, 27, 222 N. Pomeroy Ave., reported the breaking and entering into his home and the theft of floor tile, a toilet, and a furnace pipe. Windows were also broken out. Damage and property were estimated at $605.
-10:03 a.m.: theft. Wagner Industrial Electric Inc., reported the theft of copper wire at 1091 Childrens-Home Road.
-7:40 a.m.: vandalism. Someone spray painted on the side of the Sidney Parks Department building. Damage estimated at $150.
SUNDAY
-12:59 p.m.: misuse of credit card. David Heintz, 55, 243 Meadow Lane, reported an unknown person misused his credit card.
-12:15 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Larry Napier, 32, 6666 Guppy St., Pemberton, on a warrant.
Accident
Rosita Miller, 51, 844 ½ S. Walnut Ave., Apt. A, was cited for starting and backing after an accident on Wednesday at 3:04 p.m.
Miller was backing out of a parking space in front of 132 N. Main Ave., when she struck a vehicle that was stopped in a line of vehicles waiting for a red traffic light. Both vehicle sustained minor damage.
The driver of the other vehicle was Wesley Driskell, 29, 7035 Tawawa-Maplewood Road.

WEDNESDAY
-4:09 to 5:25 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
-4:07 p.m.: Crews responded to the 200 block of East Russell Road for a fire alarm. A damaged sprinkler head caused the alarm.
-12:48 to 2:15 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.
