THURSDAY

-9:57 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Police arrested Rick Hartley, 24, 120 Piper St., for driving under OVI suspension.

-7:32 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police are investigating a suspected OVI in the 1000 block of Michigan Street. Lab results are pending.

-7:21 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Police arrested Whitney Tucker, 25, 2518 Broadway Ave., for driving under an OVI suspension.

-6:35 p.m.: theft. Armilda Strunk, 39, 607 N. Miami Ave., reported someone stole a Schwinn Bicycle.

-5:01 p.m.: panhandling. Police arrested Tabatha Murphy, 44, 127 W. Parkwood St., for panhandling after someone reported her for soliciting for money without permission.

-3:50 p.m.: telephone harassment. Nichole Robinson, 32, 1507 E. Court St., Apt. D, reported someone is threatening and harassing her.

-11:03 a.m.: found property. A wallet and it’s contents, belonging to Micheal Dickerson was found at Burger King on Michigan Street, and turned into the police department.

-10:47 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Kimberly Hendershot, 53, 744 Brooklyn Ave., Apt. 31A, reported her credit card number was stolen.

-8:24 a.m.: parking violation. Police served Kasey Beaucamp III, 24, 1161 Fairmont Drive, a summons.

WEDNESDAY

-5:31 p.m.: theft. Amanda Bundy, 35, 12225 S. Walnut Ave., reported sometime overnight someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole a portable DVD player and a dry erase board. There are no suspects.

-12:47 p.m.: theft. Police arrested Angela Browning, 39, 617 Michigan St., after Food Mart on Michigan Street reported she had left the store without paying for several items.

Accident

No one was cited following an accident on Thursday at 6:32 p.m.

Candra Earls, 52, 2400 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 27, was traveling west in the 1000 block of Michigan Street in the right lane when she struck a vehicle in the rear that was stopped in traffic.

The driver of the other vehicle was Brenda Rowe, 73, 520 N. Ohio Ave.
