TUESDAY

-1:27 p.m.: theft. A cell phone and car keys were stolen at 12073 State Route 362, Unit 38.

-1:13 p.m.: property-damage accident. A car and truck collided at the intersection of Dawson Road and Ohio 705.

-1:06 p.m.: theft. A gas can was stolen from a carport at 12537 State Route 362, Unit 78.

MONDAY

-7:48 a.m.: property-damage accident. A dump truck threw up a rock that hit and shattered the windshield of a vehicle at 9810 Fessler-Buxton Road.

-3:20 a.m.: theft. A stolen trailer was reported at 10695 Russell Road.

-2:07 a.m.: theft. Someone attempted to steal a trailer at 3809 State Route 66A.

SUNDAY

-7:45 p.m.: burglary. A burglary was reported at 8954 Lehman Road.

-2:36 p.m.: property-damage accident. A two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Main and South streets in Botkins. Anna Rescue and Botkins Police responded.

-2:24 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire was called to the 12000 block of Ohio 362, where an electric box was smoking.

-11:11 a.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was called to the 5000 block of Frazier-Guy Road.

-4:52 a.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was called to the 20000 block of LeFevre Road.

MONDAY

-6:50 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue was called to the first block of South Main Street, Fort Loramie.

-4:53 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was called to Honda, 12500 Meranda Road.

-1:26 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was called to the 10000 block of Sidney-Freyburg Road.
