TUESDAY

-12:47 a.m.: criminal damaging. A door jam was reported damaged at a property in the 1100 block of North Main Avenue. The damage is set at $50.

MONDAY

-12:20 a.m.: contempt. Allison Wolaver, 24, of Bradford, was arrested on a warrant.

SUNDAY

-10:22 a.m.: identity theft. An identity theft was reported at McDonald’s on Michigan Street.

SATURDAY

-5:37 p.m.: theft. The theft of a heater, valued at $10, keys, jewelry, and a bag of clothes were reported stolen in the 300 block of East Court Street.

-4 p.m.: theft. The theft of a PlayStation 4, valued at $200, and a watch, valued at $500, were reported stolen in the 700 block of Clinton Avenue.

-4:47 p.m.: warrant. Madlyn Loretta Thorpe, 42, of Piqua, was arrested on an active Miami County warrant.

-2:52 p.m.: found property. A pair of eye glasses was reported found at South Ohio Avenue and East Court Street and was turned into the police department.

-11:23 a.m.: identity theft. An identity theft was reported at a property in the 200 block of Hall Avenue.

FRIDAY

-5:34 p.m.: endangering children. Police responded to a report of an issue with a juvenile.

Feb. 8

-10:22 a.m.: possession of drugs. A drug incident was investigated during a traffic stop on East Water Street at South Miami Avenue, in which a bindle of narcotics were seized by police.

Crashes

Megan M. Vanderhorst, 26, of Anna, was cited with operation of a vehicle at stop after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 3:25 p.m.

Vanderhorst was stopped on Crescent Drive attempting to turn northbound and then when she pulled out caused a crash with the southbound vehicle on South Main Avenue that was driven by Daniel J. Boyer, 59, of Houston.

• Chen Xie, 18, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 10:54 a.m.

Xie was traveling eastbound on West Russell Road when he failed to stop in time and struck the rear of the slowed vehicle in front of him that was driven by Mindy M. Chambers, 42, Sidney.

• Kailey Jo Goff, 22, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a three-vehicle crash on Saturday at 8:29 a.m.

Goff was traveling southbound on Ohio Avenue when she didn’t stop in time and struck the rear of the vehicle in front of her that was driven by Brittany Tennant, 29, of Sidney. The collision caused Tennant’s vehicle to hit the rear of the vehicle in front of her that was driven by Kristen Renee Philpot, 23, of Minster.
