-12:48 a.m.: found property. An iPhone 8S, valued at $300, was reported found in the bathroom at Speedway on Michigan Street and was turned into police.

THURSDAY

-4:20 p.m.: warrant. Roger Nathan Puckett, 41, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-3:24 p.m.: assault. An alleged assault was investigated.

-2:03 p.m.: driving under the influence. Corby Lee Enochs Jr., 46, of Sidney, was arrest on OVI and OVI refusal breath with prior DUI.

-8:27 a.m.: identity theft. An identity theft was reported at the police department.

WEDNESDAY

-9:47 p.m.: drug abuse. Marijuana was located and destroyed during a traffic stop on West North Street at North Wilkinson Avenue.

-1:50 p.m.: theft. Nine pieces of miscellaneous merchandise, for a total value of $289.79, were reported stolen at Menards on North Lester Avenue.
