SUNDAY

-6:19 p.m.: criminal damaging. A rear window oF an apartment in the 800 block of Park Street was reported damaged. The damage is set at $250.

-4:23 p.m.: criminal trespassing. A trespassing in the 300 block of North West Avenue was reported to police.

-8:20 a.m.: theft — motor vehicle. The theft of a blue, 2007 Honda, valued at $1,000, was reported stolen in the 100 block of Mound Street. The vehicle was later recovered in Troy after it was involved in a crash, from which an unknown male fled the area on foot.

SATURDAY

-4:05 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating a report drugs were stolen in the 300 block of Monroe Street.

-11:50 a.m.: criminal damaging. Three windows were reported damaged on a duplex in the 400 block of East Court Avenue. The damage is set at $1,250.

-10:58 a.m.: domestic violence. Shirley G. McDougle, 59, of Sidney, was arrested on domestic violence charges.

FRIDAY

-8:34 p.m.: criminal trespass. Police responded to a trespassing report in the 500 block of Campbell Road.

-4:43 p.m.: using weapons while intoxicated. Neil J. Harrod, 50, of Sidney, was arrested on using weapons while intoxicated charges.

-3:58 p.m.: theft — without consent. The theft of a Trump flag was reported at Fair Road at South Walnut Avenue.

-3:04 a.m.: domestic violence. Kaylee Hall, 18, of Sidney, was arrested on domestic violence charges.

WEDNESDAY

-2:43 p.m.: theft. The theft of a Sony PlayStation 4 game console, valued at $150, and a Pokemon game card collection, valued at $600, were reported stolen in the 500 block of Rauth Street.

Crashes 

• Philip K. Chilcoat, 68, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 11:24 a.m.

Chilcoat was backing out of a parking spot in front of 112 N. Main Ave. when he hit the vehicle parked next to him that is owned by Alex J. Jones, of Sidney.

• Damian M. Clason, 22, of Sidney, was cited with driving within lanes after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 8:55 a.m.

Clason was traveling westbound on state Route 47 when he attempted to changes from the left to the right lane and did not see and hit the driver’s side of the westbound vehicle in the right lane on state Route 47 that was driven by Cynthia A. Ward, 68, of DeGraff.

• Jaden A. Swiger, 17, of Sidney, was cited with improper starting and backing after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 7:47 a.m.

Swiger was backing eastbound from a driveway in the 300 block of Hall Street when she failed to see and backed into the southbound vehicle on Hall Street that was driven by Heather A. Shell, 55, of Sidney.
