-4:56 a.m.: trespassing. A trespassing was reported at a property in the 300 block of East Court Street.

-4:43 a.m.: intoxicated person. An intoxicated person was reported at East Avenue at Jefferson Street.

-11:17 p.m.: shots heard. Gun shots were reported heard in the 200 block of Royan Avenue.

-4:17 p.m.: trespassing. Police were called to remove a person from the Goodwill Store on East Court Street.

SATURDAY

-11:35 p.m.: theft. A past theft was reported in the 1000 block of Fourth Avenue.

-9:35 p.m.: theft. A theft in progress was reported at Park Street at Linden Avenue.

-9:13 p.m.: trespassing. Police were called to remove a person from a property in the 300 block of Maple Street.

-4:42 p.m.: warrant. Michale Donte Rogers, 31, of Harper Woods, Michigan, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:23 p.m.: warrant. Travis Nathaniel Trautzsch, 31, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-11:29 a.m.: theft. A past theft was reported in the 300 block of Maple Street.

-10:05 a.m.: breaking and entering. A breaking and entering was reported in the 100 block of North Main Avenue.

-8:59 a.m.: damage. Past damage was reported in the 700 block of Countryside Street.

-8:51 a.m.: damage. Past damage was reported in the 900 block of Spruce Avenue.

-7:26 a.m.: trespassing. Police were called to remove a person from the Goodwill Store on East Court Street.

FRIDAY

-5:12 p.m.: assist other agencies. Shellie M. Wolaver, 45, of Sidney, was issued a summons on assist other agencies charges.

-4:11 p.m.: warrant. Henry M. Wolaver II, 45, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-3:08 p.m.: suspicious vehicle. A suspicious vehicle or person was reported Wilson Health on Michigan Street.

Crashes 

Nathaniel Q. Osborn, 16, of Jackson Center, was cited with operation without reasonable control after a two-vehicle crash on Sunday at 10:56 p.m.

Osborn was exiting the Walmart parking lot entering the intersection on Michigan Street when he lost control and spun 360 degrees and hit the vehicle behind him, driven by Brodie M. Thorpe, 17, of Piqua, who was also entering the intersection.

• Dawn E. Wilson, 67, of Sidney, was cited with a violation for or operating with a suspended driver’s license and nonresident violator compact after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 2:46 p.m.

Wilson failed to maintain an assured clear distance and hit the rear of the stopped vehicle in front of her, driven by Amber R. Mayse, 37, of Sidney, in Walmart’s access drive at the intersection of state Route 47. Wilson then left the scene and was later located by police and cited. Also, it became clear during the conversation with police the vehicle, in another person’s name, was bought approximately three weeks earlier by Wilson and her boyfriend and they had not yet transferred the title out of the previous owner’s name.

• Barbara A. Finfrock, 63, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable after a single-vehicle crash on Friday of 12:36 p.m.

Finfrock was traveling northbound on Taft Street when she fell asleep and her vehicle drifted to the opposite side of the roadway and hit a fire hydrant, causing damage to the vehicle and the fire hydrant.

• Hazelen Lee Higgs, 20, of Sidney, was cited with operation without reasonable after a single-vehicle crash on Thursday of 2:09 p.m.

Higgs was traveling eastbound on West Court Street when she lost control of the vehicle, due to the rain, and ran off the right side of the road and hit a stop sign on South Wilkinson Avenue.

MONDAY

-9:52 a.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-4:54 to 6:13 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

SUNDAY

-5:13 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire alarm.

-9:52 a.m. to 9:40 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

SATURDAY

1:37 p.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted an odor investigation.

-8:03 a.m. to 9:38 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

FRIDAY

-8:36 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a call.

-6:39 p.m.: standby. Firefighters responded to standby for a sporting event.

-7:46 a.m. to 11:15 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.
