-5:54 a.m.: domestic violence. Maylana S. Craun, 311 Maple St., reported she push by a suspect.

THURSDAY

-11:04 p.m.: underage consumption. Meghan A. Cooper, 20, Marysville, was arrested on offenses involving underage consumption of beer and disorderly conduct. She was arrested at emergency room at Wilson Hospital.

-8:15 p.m.: theft. Donald L. Yantis, 409 S. Ohio Ave., reported the theft of a lawn mower from his residence between 7 a.m. July 6 and 1:53 p.m. July 9. The mower was valued at $100.

-2:34 p.m.: possession of drugs. Melissa Lynn Grant, 216 Clay St., was arrested and charge with possession of drugs – heroin and possession of criminal tools.

-1:05 p.m.: theft. Brandy N. Sharp, 6081 Jackson Road, reported the theft of boots, which are valued at $96. The incident happened in the 500 block of South Miami Avenue between 7 a.m. and 1:05 p.m.

Thursday

-12:55 p.m.: warrant. John R. Wright, 21 N. Main St., Fort Loramie, was arrested on a contempt warrant from Sidney Municipal Court for a traffic citation issued by the Ohio Highway Patrol.

-9:10 a.m.: missing juvenile. Officers are investigating the report of a missing juvenile from a residence on Langdon Drive.

TUESDAY

-1:35 p.m.: theft. John F. Greer, 1771 Port Jefferson Road, reported the theft of money and a tom Tom Navigation System from his vehicle between 11 p.m. Monday and 1:35 p.m. Tuesday. The items were valued at $107.

Accident

Zachary Fitchpatrick, 19, 1107 Amherst Drive, Apt. E1, was cited for failure to control following a three-vehicle accident Wednesday at 5:16 p.m. in the 800 block of North Ohio Avenue.

Fitchpatrick was southbound on Ohio Avenue when he lost control of his vehicle due to the slick roads from the rain. His vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Randall Varney, 807 N Ohio Ave. Randall Varney’s vehicle was pushed into a vehicle owned by Marcella Varney, 807 N. Ohio Ave. Both of the Varney vehicles were parked on the street and unoccupied.

Fitchpatrick was injured in the accident and was transported to Wilson Hospital by Sidney Fire & Emergency Services.

Fitchpatrick’s vehicle was disabled in the accident and towed from the scene. Randall Varney’s vehicle sustained moderate damage. Marcella Varney’s vehicle sustained minor damage.

THURSDAY

-9:31 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on one call.

-5:23 p.m. odor. Firefighters were dispatched to 1321 Dartmouth St. for a smoke odor from a washing machine.

-2:34 to 5:12 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on four calls.
