WEDNESDAY

-12:45 a.m.: obstructing official business. Danniel Leepaul Minshall, 25, of Sidney, was arrested on obstructing official business.

TUESDAY

-11:58 p.m.: damage. Damage in progress was reported in the 200 block of Cherokee Drive.

-7:09 p.m.: trespassing. Police were called to remove a person from a property in the 1400 block of North Main Avenue.

-6:58 p.m.: scam. A scam was reported in the 1700 block of Riverside Drive.

-3:53 p.m.: scam. A scam was reported in the 200 block of North Pomeroy Avenue.

-1:17 p.m.: trespassing. Police were called to remove a person from a property in the 800 block of Brooklyn Avenue.

-12:01 p.m.: damage. Past damage was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

-7:22 a.m.: trespassing. Police were called to remove a person from a property in the 1400 block of North Main Avenue.

-2:11 p.m.: stolen vehicle. A vehicle was reported stolen at Conform Automotive on Ferguson Court.

Crashes

Rita M. Price, 55, of Sidney, was cited with right of way when turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 7:25 p.m.

Price was traveling eastbound on West Russell Road and when attempting to turn north into a private drive turned in front of the westbound vehicle on West Russell Road that was driven by Kade M. Schmiesing, 17, of Sidney.

• Brandon J. Houck, 40, of Sidney, was cited with obedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:14 p.m.

Houck was traveling westbound on East Court Street when he went into the intersection with South Miami Avenue on a red light and was hit by the southbound vehicle on South Miami Avenue that was driven by Christopher Payne, 40, of Sidney.
